very nice hotel, efficient hotel service and very pleasant staff. quality restaurant, with quality dishes, with regional and seasonal supply for most dishes. taste; girolles and bits, top of chicken bits and very good white wine (white wine is not very present, voluntary choice of the chef for the rest not yet tasted, it will be for the next time. a little disappointment, first visit and probably the last. chicken with yellow wine and bits (the bites see the sauce only at the dressage and the yellow wine is very little present in taste so we have a sauce with liquid cream. the accompanying vegetables are served in a bowl and roughly cut. After a few years without coming after the deplorable service that had given me, I resound my luck by going to dinner with a friend. The service is always so harsh. a great gentleman who really does the minimum service. the restaurant is half empty, but they refuse customers who come without reservation. No comment...Then, more menus, the choice is made on the map. The check feels like it. The kitchen, rather nice but not what to jump to the ceiling. On the contrary, when I came to dessert, I thought I fell from my chair. for nearly 10 euros, "the greedy plate" is summed up in 3 small pieces of industrial cakes, just defrosted, so that we see the traces of the overgrowth crystals on the top....
