"a bisserl italien in the middle of bayern. you sit directly on a piazza that seems sun (mostly,) eating is delicious, the waiters are very friendly, laugh at work and always have time for a short chat. simply bella italia ach yes and all at a fair price. we come back as the last 30 years update november 2022! were again eating in the gambrinus cellar and this time actually in the cellar. that is pleasantly bright and radiates a pleasant ambiente. also good staff, a friendly chef and good food. our spaghetti vongole and the zuppa di pomodoro were very delicious. unfortunately there was no Italian brot for suppe. the white wine (vino della casa) well and perfectly cooled. the dessert delicious and the cafe as an Italian cafe should be hot and strong. as usual, good quality has its price but we liked to have paid. we are coming back"

The Gambrinus cellar is a good Italian in the Friedberger Altstadt. The guest garden is always well filled. This is for the restaurant. With me it was love at second glance.
