I had the great pleasure to meet gal ben moshe and the glass before yesterday. a great evening and a great cinema on the tellers and in the glass.

a true gastronomic experience. prestige Arabic in the origin, but a modern tour de force. fabulous mix of aromas and textures combined with big crying. not cheap, but lovely.

Fantastic experience with exciting wines and fantastic service. The restaurant went through a significant renovation and feels much warmer and nicer to sit in, looks nothing like the photos. Ver carta

unique! extra great. superb! let them surprise you. 2 I would like to allow myself: it is a restaurant to enjoy. do not eat for “Satt”. but they go more than pleasant “satisfied” to house and after 5,7 or 9 walks and 3 or 4 hours I have never walked. they should not consider the euro when visiting. if they should check whether it is the ‘value’.

weinbegleitung was top. the food was good but for the price I've eaten better. a part of the service forces is not of the kind and cannot be German. partly I didn't know what I was eating because it wasn't to be understood and had to satisfy me with the minimalist menu. the imprint of the upgraded services was confirmed at the end as after the last course no service took place for 20 minutes. in which preisen an absolute no go.

We've been to many restaurants but very few have left an impression like Glass did. The combination of excellent food, wine and service created an experience that was very unusual. Every dish served was very different than the other, but there was still something that connected them all together. It's easy to see (and taste) how much imagination and creativity were invested in the creation of every dish. We can't recommend this place enough! Ver carta

Our first trip to GLASS was absolutely amazing. Firstly, the space is decorated brilliantly (I even asked the waiter if he knew the name of the artist whose painting hung on the wall! Secondly, and while on the topic of waiters, both the waiter and the sommelier were attentive, friendly, and very cool. The actual food itself was creatively prepared in addition to tasting sublime. The only thing we regretted was we ordered 5 courses each not the maximum of 9! We'll definitely be back.

Glass is a restaurant that never stops surprising, except that it is always surprises for the better. Since we have last been there, a year ago the place went through a complete creative transformation inventing itself anew. The design and the menu are complete different, it is just incredible. Chef Gal Ben Moshe never lingers before exploring new horizons and taking us with him on a new adventure, so we can experience new heights each and every time. It is now about food from the orient ! Each dish is a complete new chapter in an impressive array of exotic and lush flavors to savour. By the end of the evening, we felt after a fascinating pilgrimage and what a travel it is !

the service was accommodating and always had an eye on whether our water glasses need to be refilled. before we started with the actual 5-course menu, there was a delicious greeting from the kitchen of the definitiw hunger on more. with the menu we started with cauliflower/Couscous/Mandel/Weintrauben Onion soup/Knafeh/Topinambur/Haselnüsse both was tastefully and visually super served, with a respective declaration from the service staff what we find on our tellers. the combination of the above mentioned ingredients was perfect with a wobble soup for my well-known and a grazing lamb/aubergine/artichoke/Tahina. little manko, however, was that the lamb was a bit too salty. as the next course t...
