"I booked on the site for 2 times at 7pm. When we arrived in front of the restaurant at 7:00, the door was closed and the cook and waitress still sitting at the coffee table. The cook saw us, but didn't move. We waited 10min in the cold, then we left because we were hungry and cold. The waitress called us at 8:30 to see if she had to keep the table... bravo what service!"
