we went back by assart in the restaurant we found a beautiful room and an excellent welcome by two young women very smiling, we took grilled food cooked at the fire to walk was a feast a meat of very good quality fresh produce was excellent. I strongly recommend it very thank you very much!!!

after a few visits, our opinion is always the same: great. good meat cooked with wood fire, home accompaniment, good meat. rich and tasty. Finally always as good! nothing to say.- very nice tasty plate of corse and aveyronnaise charcuterie.- perfect calf ris with homemade potatoes.- lamb chops (5 pieces !) a delight.- red wine corse advised: a true delectation (his name: patronimo !?().service performed by a young lady: impeccable and good advice. always nice with a smile. world dirty glasses during the visit but the waiting was rather long. On-board dishes are not in correlation with the plate. example: gambas persillées I'm still looking for the parsillade. the frame is pleasant we ate outside the server was friendly and helpful but. taste of beer in my glass of martini (the server changes it to me) nice meal but it forgot to remove dishes that wasn't on the map so I had to choose 1 other dish the glasses are medium clean.... from where I think the smell of beer in my aperitive glass.mon dessert 1 thousandsheet strawberries that wasn't cooked there was soon to glaze on it and the sheet Ver carta

generous kitchen with excellent value for money. Very good quality meats, grilled with wood fire. Excellent vegetarian pizza (my husband rarely ate such a good one)The outdoor play area allows parents to spend the meal more peaceful and children to spend in a green and rural setting. The boss and the boss are great people and will be able to advise you if you have trouble deciding. the staff is just as warm and professional. We will return there without hesitation during a next visit to the region.

We are visitors from Australia renting a nearby gite and who will be cycle racing at the Albi event. We were looking forward to a nice dinner. The service at the restaurant was ok but the main meal was poor. The entree of duck pate was passable but the beef from the main meal was tough and very chewy, had to spit it out. The meat was a cheaper cut cooked badly. There was no joy in the meal. The dinner was from a set menu of three courses. Very disappointed, we didn't bother waiting for the third course (dessert).

The last review I wrote concerning Le CorsicAveyron was not very positive as the quality of the food declined when the restaurant changed hands. We have been several times with a new chef and the quality has greatly improved. Last night I had the Duck Breast with honey and it was perfectly cooked. My wife had a hamburger and although she had difficulty cutting the bun, it was delicious. It is nice to sit on the terrace and have a good meal. I would recommend this restaurant even though it has a bit of a limited menu (which is much better than a huge menu without quality). Ver carta
