First opening day with the new chef. very satisfactory experience. served products (lemongrass tartar, poultry with mushroom duxelle) are very fresh, prepared without cream. for dessert, currently, strawberry pie makes dream. It's a well-thought kitchen. We'll go back.

Superb restaurant! Value for money is more than reasonable given the quality of the dishes! The chief came to see us in the room as well as other customers, to find out if everything was perfect.. In addition, the establishment is clean! I really recommend Nuance to all those who wish to eat in a quiet, clean and quiet place

I'm going back to that restaurant that I liked so much in March. And then I learn that a new chef has his talents in the kitchen. a discovery of the dishes I must recognize that the young chef is gifted, the gaspacho is delicious with a freshman and a return of the flavors of raw vegetables that I find too rarely. the chef continues with the delicate flavors of his fried herbal poultry. Finally the pie of the day to the cod queens, left me the smile for the rest of the day! Bravo to the chief and bravo for the waiter who chose me the wine! Ver carta
