Hoping you open July 4th missing the Great food and friendly staff it would be great to be able to Celabrate our 39th wedding anniversary for a meal fingers crossed

Can't say enough good things about our visit, despite the covid situation Becky was professional friendly and our drinks were punctual and delicious, would recommend!

Good quality and reasonably priced food, plenty of choice of drinks. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Also worth noting in these times we felt perfectly secure. Ver carta

We had a lat tea, the place wasn't too busy and the staff were really friendy and GENUINE, Our food was all lovely and the decor was a little quirky without being over the top, the toilets were spotless)

Sat outside on a beautiful day. Ordered our meal and drinks. The young lady was very helpful and said it took about 20 minutes as was cooked fresh . We were in no rush and was pleased with the whole experience. 5 out of 5 for the service and food.

Undercooked food and under-staffed. We received a bunch of Luke-warm and fairly tasteless tapas, even the chips were still raw. No one checked us for 30 minutes as we sat waiting to pay up and leave. When mentioning the terrible food, the waitress took the plate and brought the bill with the item removed, fair enough but didn’t even ask if we were finished or if we wanted anything else/replacement. From the long wait to be served between drinks and food service even though the restaurant wasn’t busy to being seated aside a large table of foul mouthed smokers in the non smoking section to the waiter spilling a tray of drinks over our table our food and my daughter ruining my new dress and her full outfit and food to the saddest looking limp salad consisting of 7 prawns and my assumption is defrosted avocado and over cooked loaded fries which didn’t even come loaded at first then came back recooked/burnt. The whole experience was a disaster and a disappointment !!!

I understand it’s the first week of them operating again ,but more than 1 hour wait for food it’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t mind if the food was worth it. I ordered a Pulled Pork hot dog , and what I got was Pulled bacon hot dog. As soon as the food arrived I could see it wasn’t pulled pork hot dog , I mentioned to waitress who replies “oh it’s just under the melted cheese” and went away. I doubled checked it and realised it was actually bacon cut in pieces !!! nothing close to pulled Pork. I didn’t even bother saying anything because I wasn’t willing to wait another hour for the food.... the chips were nice...

I would like to give a 1 star review but in an effort to be fair and balanced I’ll go with 2. On a trip to Hull for some rare family time we decided upon this place for tea. All fine to begin with, our drinks were ordered and delivered quite quickly. We then waited 30 minutes for our food order to be taken. We ordered a ‘large’ bowl of nachos to share as a starter, they were tasty enough and came to the table after around 10 minutes. We sat...and sat, watching other tables around us being served with their food, then finishing it, despite having arrived after us. After around 40 minutes from placing our order, I asked the girl who had seated us Paris where our food was. She told me it hadn’t... Ver carta
