Ottimo menu gustosi e buon menu delicato cucinato in forno a legna e con lievito madre squisita melanzane alla caponata ottimo dessert di tiramisù con ricotta e mascarpone simpatica il locale

Posto molto carino ed accogliente. Antipasti serviti a tagliere con tanti prodotti tipici Ragusani e formaggi ottimi fatti dal titolare, per finire squisiti dessert. Sicuramente da consigliare.

This place is amazing! The Focacce was perfect for our child and the tasting poster filled the adults for a late lunch. We also loved the economical “Cannali”. The best part is that it was actually open and served its full menu at 3 pm, which can sometimes be hard to find in Italy! The service was also very friendly.

This is a place you have to go to if you love cheese! Had an awesome lunch here. We ordered both of the tasting menus, gentle and tasty. A lots of both fresh and cured cheese, ham, salami, delicious sundried tomatoes, eggplant, pie and bred. Everything was really good. Had a bottle of Sicilian red wine Il Frappato, very light wine which was perfect on a hot day. Ver carta

Sono andato a pranzo con i miei colleghi. Locale molto fornito con prodotti tipici e la loro specialità è la ricotta vaccinazione. Piatti assolutamente deliziosi e genuini, con prezzi onesti per la bontà che abbiamo mangiato. Consiglio assolutamente di prendere anche la degustazione dei dolci, che purtroppo non ho fotograto. Personale condiale, può consigliare secondo le esigenze.

Lacation fantastica, locale molto pulito e carino, buona la materia prima usata per realizzare i piatti, ottimi gli accostamenti. Vogliono valorizzare i prodotti caseari locali e ci riescono benissimo... Ma la cosa veramente eccezionale di questo posto è il servizio, la chef è venuta al tavolo per consigliare mia figlia ed è riuscita a farla mangiare con gusto. La cameriera molto simpatica, veramente un'esperienza ottima... Ci torneremo e porteremo gli amici...

Simply, this is a cheese restaurant. I am not into aged cheeses, however, my wife is. We ordered two cheese plates, one fresh and one aged. Both were accompanied by cured meats and grilled veggies as well as some sauces. I thought the ricotta was the best I've had, and I've lived in Brooklyn, NY for almost 20 years. The cured meats, though not made in house, were locally sourced and delicious. All the cheeses are made in house. My wife assured me the aged cheeses were all excellent. This restaurant is a must eat at when in Ragusa! Ver carta
