Ristorante Pinocchio - Bei Salvatore

we are going to eat regularly at salvatore. for me, it is one of the best Italian restaurants (sardinian cuisine) that I even know. all foods are freshly prepared and the wine selection is excellent.

very delicious. chef, who proposes original recipes, so you can leave the card aside. when you leave it, he puts together a selection of dishes, where no eye dry - and no hunger for the main meal remains.

As an American the joys of traveling in the smaller towns of Europe on business trips are family run restaurant discoveries like Bei Salvotore. I visited in November last year and very pleased to have the reason to return in late March. photos to follow ;)

the small Italian restaurant serves Mediterranean dishes of extra class. the sardinian operator cooks himself... and it can take a little... but if that comes out of the kitchen, it's a pleasure. in summer there is also a small outside terrace behind the local. highly recommended.

in salvatore, the menu is no more than an excitement if the daily yield of fish and meat does not allow. I've never done that before. grandiose it becomes if you just order starters and apply them until the table bends. where you get wing or canine livers, varieties of calamaretti or whole stone butter. it is not better.

Just a very genuine little Italian restaurant. The food is deliciously fresh! Beautiful fish dishes especially. Wow! We had a lovely risotto packed full of different seafood. Perfectly seasoned.The waiter was attentive and he helped us choose wines to accompany our mains. We would recommend this place if you are visiting Schwelm.

the food was ok, but very small portions, sweetly made, very bitter salate, without taste. Drinks were only once, it did not come to reorder because the waiter consistently passed the table without questioning and already ordered drinks did not supply. Instead, both waiter sat down to the side table and talked with others for a long time. And also on multiple attempts to contact was not responded.I have rarely gone hungry and thirsty out of a restaurant....The ordering took a very long time and also until the food came lasted very long...We certainly no longer see the restaurant!

we were 7 people and had a table accordingly. we were offered various day dishes next to the menu, some of which we ordered. 2 from the ordering had to be changed since no longer in stock. the main foods came after more than 1 1⁄2 hours and only after several questions. no apologies from the service only the explanation that the lasagne takes longer, as it is freshly prepared and still has to be in the many! - who would have thought that? - the crown came to the conclusion when we wanted to pay: "no card. only cash!" also no explanation and/or excuse. who takes 200-300€ bar (7 people) with ins restaurant today? we have the year 2017! if - for whatever reasons - no cards, not even EC cards, a...
