"If I lived in the Swabian Hall, that would be my regular place. But unfortunately, at the end of last month I was only a guest with great enthusiasm. The hedgehog hangs like a bird nest at the heights of the historic old town building. From two terraces you have a magnificent view of the chefs and the city panorama. But respect: mostly all places are occupied; However, you can always wait for a table to be free. The operation has an eye on it. In addition to the delicious breakfast options, there are creative snacks every day. I love the hearty toasts that are very colorful. We had one with fried eggs (baked to the point), as well as a freshly baked leaf cake. The delicacies are of course also free from caffeine. The tea is very nice served with candy sugar on a tray. But the absolute hit is the cocktails and drinks in a dazzling variety and creativity. At very low prices. Had a small sprayed Gin Tonic (with Bombay Saphir) for lush 2,90 euros. For a happy hour from 7 pm, all cocktails are available at half price. The service is spoken, awakened and not fallen to the mouth. "Wir (Paar 28 + 35) sind freitagabends spontan hier gelandet auf der Suche nach etwas essbarem. Wir sind Burger-Liebhaber und was den Geschmack angeht auch sehr kritisch. Wir aßen einen Burger und einen großen Salat mit Putenstreifen. Alles war garniert mit frischen Früchten, der Salat hatte ein mega gutes Dressing und der Burger hatte eine extrem leckere Barbecue-Soße drauf bzw. der Burger war insgesamt sehr lecker. (Salat um die 12 Euro, Burger um die 9 Euro). Wir waren völlig überzeugt - auch vom Konzept der Location - und kommen auf jeden Fall ab jetzt öfter. Sehr geil ist ebenfalls, dass es eine riesige Auswahl an (ausgefallenen) Getränken gibt. Mega Plus: für ländliche Verhältnisse gibt es ca. 8 Gin-Sorten auf der Standard-Karte und weitere 50 auf Anfrage (Gin-Tonic ca. 8-12 Euro) also noch wirklich im Rahmen."
