"And we're not getting bored and hopefully not the interested reader. The restaurant at Hotel Rosengarten is and simply remains number 1 in the further area around Schwalmstadt. Again a special occasion, because we led our guests to our birthday dinner in the Rosengarten. After welcoming we were led to the square a beautiful corner on the window side. "Wir haben das erste mal dort gegessen und wirklich bestens gegessen, ganz klare Empfehlung da lohnt sich auch mal ein weiterer Weg! Die Pizza war einfach gut, die Nudeln auf den Punkt und die Vorspeise zum reinsetzen, alles gut abgeschmeckt da bleibt nur zu sagen: Eine Solide Kochkunst, da steht jemand am Herd der mit Herz kocht wir freuen uns bald wieder zu kommen!"

"Ich war hier vor kurzem im Rahmen eines Geburtstagsessens zu Gast, es war mein erster, sicherlich aber nicht mein letzter Besuch! Tief im Wald, bei völliger Ruhe, wird man herzlich empfangen, das Essen, nebst wirklich toller Garnitur, die auch dem Auge den Hunger nimmt, ist Klasse. Die Bedienung super freundlich! Kinder werden nicht links liegen gelassen, für mich als Familienvater ein nicht zu unterschätzender Punkt in einem Restaurant. So wird Essen für die ganze Familie zum Erlebnis. Im Außenbereich wird im Sommer Buffet angeboten, zudem gibt es für größere Feiern noch ein großes Wintergartenzelt. Für die kalte Jahreszeit sollte man für den begrenzten Platz im Haupt-Innenbereich frühzeitig einen Tisch reservieren. Also dann, bis demnächst :"

"Das Essen war nicht überragend, aber recht gut. Der Service mit allem, was dazugehört ist eine einzige Katastrophe und der Chef geht mit gutem Beispiel voran. Zwischen dem Erhalt der Vorspeise und dem servieren des Hauptganges lagen keine 5 Minuten. Also muss man entweder von 2 Tellern essen oder einen kalt werden lassen. Der Hauptgang wurde einfach hingestellt ohne Kommentar fertig. Wir wollten um 20.35 Uhr noch ein kleines Bier trinken. Ging nicht mit dem recht schroffen Hinweis, dass eigentlich schon um 20.30 Uhr geschlossen sei. Bei allem Verständnis hier sieht man uns sicherlich nicht mehr ...."
