Ottimi hamburgers, ottime le bistecche della val Pusteria in un ambiente stile Old America in riva al fiume. Deliziosi i dolci. Tutto con prodotti locali di alta qualità. Il prezzo è un po' superiore alla media dei locali pusteresi ma vale la pena provare!

Pranzo eccezionale! Rimasto colpito in particolare dal pulled pork: mangiando questa pietanza si può assaporare tutta la dedizione, passione ed esperienza che c è in chi lo prepara. Tutti ingredienti freschi e di prima scelta. Il tutto servito da una cameriera sempre sorridente, professionale e scattante! Locale molto accogliente, ordinato, pulito e facile da raggiungere. Locale consigliato soprattutto per amanti di birre artigianali ed hamburger. I dipendenti sono molto gentili, cortesi e preparati riguardo alle birre che vendono, di cui ne hanno molte varietà, di produzione artigianale. C'è la possibilità di crearsi gli hamburger a piacimento, i cui ingredienti sono sempre freschi e la carne di ottima qualità! È un posto ideale anche per bambini e ragazzi a cui piacciono hamburger, essendo appunto tutto fresco e non surgelato o troppo unto. Buoni anche gli antipasti. Ogni volta che ne ho la possibilità frequento sempre questo locale. Consigliatissimo.

We happened upon here after visiting Lake Braies. My first time enjoying a stout. The burgers had such unique, complete, bold flavors. Be sure to get the beer flight! The servers (Max) are patient, helpful, and speak enough English so as not to struggle with deciphering. As for the atmosphere, it’s wondering listening to the river sitting outside. We learned the owner/chef is from New England, Maine and used to train for the Olympics here (biathlon). I grieve that I won’t be able to experience this in the US. We’re taking 4 cans of Milk Stout home with us, which they gifted because they ran out of the labels for the cans. Can’t wait to savor it and share with our friends and family!

Let’s start from the not so good things, if we can say that. Maybe slightly long time to wait between starter and burger? We had one of them lovely locally brewed beer, so no problem. Reeding the other reviews, the waiters aren’t too good in Italian? Not mother tongue for sure, but they were super friendly and super available in explaining everything! Now let’s talk about the burgers.... OMG having lived for 2 years in UK and 1 in US, I have to say that this (probably because it’s the best combination between American recipe and Italian food quality) is definitely the best burger I’ve eaten in the last 15 years; plus you can make your own, so you can exactly choose what I’ll have in it.
