Awful . Ended up going home as there was no bar , no food available and it was rough to say the least. Don't book this hotel !!!

The food was delightful tonight, with a wide selection on the menu. The lamb shank was beautifully prepared, and the staff were fantastic and very helpful.

I enjoyed the most delicious roast dinner and desserts delivered from this restaurant. The food arrived hot, and the portion sizes were great. The delivery staff were very courteous! I will definitely order from here and visit again. Highly recommended! Ver carta

first time here. absolutely wonderful staff. cosy drinks by the log fire followed by the most amazing food. so well presented photos of food had to be taken. wonderful night sleep. open the curtains to a balcony overlooking the river. stunning. finally the biggest best Welsh breakfast ever. didn't want to leave. we will be back

We enjoyed a fantastic takeaway Sunday dinner. The meat was incredibly tender, the vegetables were cooked to perfection, and it was all wonderfully complemented by a large Yorkshire pudding and delicious gravy. The delivery drivers also did an excellent job. We were all very impressed, and if possible, we plan to set up a standing order for the weeks we are in lockdown. Great job, Llanwernath! Visited the Llanwenarth this evening a party of 6, the first time we’ve been there in months, it used to be one of our favourite places to eat and always went there for special occasions. Unfortunately it went down hill in every possible way , the place , and especially the food so we haven’t been there for soooo long. Recently a friend told me it was under new management so we thought we would give it a try nothing ventured nothing gained, well I’m pleased to say we all had a very enjoyable meal,lovely staff and the place is much improved deco wise We will definitely return as we all had a very enjoyable evening with very good food, my only one little criticism.... more choice of desserts p...
