Worked up in Hull for 7 weeks, found RJ’s and been everyday mon-fri can’t fault it lovely owners Mark and Phil and all the ladies. Food was spot on everyday. Thank you for your hospitality. See you again Chris.

This is one of the best cafe's in Hull, an independent cafe, it opened just over 12 years ago, for me, they serve some of the best homemade food in the city. The staff are extremely efficient friendly. The cakes are amazing.

Coffee, hot chocolate and cake here, staff were excellent really pleasant, chatty and cheerful I do like an independent cafe/coffee shop, cannot see or understand why people are obssessed with chain coffee shops, places like Robbies are much better. I've been working up here in hull for work for the past 5 weeks, came to robbie Johnsons for breakfast/lunch the first day and for the rest of my stay this is where I went for breakfast/lunch. Great variety of food and friendly staff that are always happy to help if your ever in Hull and need a bite to eat I'd highly recommend this place.

I went to this restaurant today for lunch and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. I enjoyed a delicious meal of bacon and sausages with a pot of tea, all served with a smile. The cakes also looked amazing, so I will definitely be returning. The menu had a good selection at reasonable prices, and the cafe had a lot of regular customers. Overall, a visit to this restaurant is definitely worth it.

Yesterday we went to RJs. We ordered one warm chocolate, one latte, and two small toasted tea cakes. It used to cost less than ten pounds, which was decent value. However, now it is a steep £11.70. We used to go to this restaurant every time we were in town, but after this price hike, we will not be returning. The owners made a big mistake with this increase, as prices are already expensive. It is unlikely that they will survive much longer with such high prices. Good luck to them. Ver carta
