simple, quiet restaurant layout with old charm. the food was excellent and delivered with excellent service. recommend the beef tar as starter.

The Food is very good and you get value for the money, eventhough it is very expensiv, but nice for a special evenig. The Staff is lovely and very friendly.

I decided to try this restaurant during a business trip. I had the opportunity to eat a couple of dishes and a dessert. The quality was quite good thanks to fresh vegetables and fish... however the price was absolutely too expensive.

Service and reception were perfect. Very attentive service and excellent food in a nice familiar setting. The mauritian-french inspired cuisine was perfect. I personally recommend the chicken prawn curry with extra chili for people who like to eat spicy.

We planned a short stop over after spending a few days in Bavaria on our way to Paris. The hotel looked great on Expedia so we booked the night. Upon arriving we ran into the chef and discussed the fresh fish on the nights menu....Everything was excellent from the service through the main course and desert.

We stayed here in the Hotel for one night and had the dinner in the restaurant. It was a great experience. The Amuse Gueule was tasty, our starters perfect and the main dishes just great. My daughter is vegetarian and there was actually no real dish on the menu but the kitchen offered different options. She choose the Vegi Curry which was perfect. Also our cheese to finish the evening was delicious and the chocolate moelleux mmhmhhmhm melting away. Fine dining in a great atmosphere

Restaurant Romerhof is truly a gem of a place. When we arrived, I was instantly charmed by the friendliness of the staff. There was a ‘homely’ feel to the place. Our waiter (a lovely man from Seychelles) took our order. I ordered the crab salad,...which featured a tian and mango salad along with deep fried soft shell crab and sweet chilli sauce. It was simply divine. My main course was a Mauritian Chicken and Prawn Curry. It was a fantastic curry, and please, if you are reading this, don’t be afraid from ordering it if you are concerned about heat: it was aromatic, fresh and full of flavour.
