Roka Mediterranean Restaurant And Cocktail Bar

The Roka has been outstanding for the past 5 years that I've been going there. We absolutely love it and it is consistently great every time. Thank you for all your hard work.

Awesome food and awesome service. Roka special calzone is absolutely yum.... Soft fluffy base.. Not oily.. adequately balanced topping of sucuk,cheese mushrooms..etc Yum!!! ..Mediterranean chickens are well marinated.. Tender... Simply worth dining!!

First visit here for me it won’t be the last I ordered the mixed grill, sort of a Turkish mixed with very tasty selection of meats , chicken, lamb , steak , kebab meat with dips salad etc really nice food had by all 7 of us , we will definitely visit again Ver carta

Food was cold and had to be done again. Service was shocking and overcharged! Poor communication throughout. Also very expensive for poor food and service and then £20 added on as a service charge just because there were more than 6 of us! Will not be visiting again! I think having only 2 tables full on a weekend night says a lot!

This was our first time visiting the restaurant, even though we live nearby, and it surpassed our expectations. The service was friendly, polite, and efficient. The food was excellent, with generous portions. The lamb casserole was cooked perfectly, with no fat in the meat. The food was authentic and high quality, and the service was great. We will definitely be returning soon.

Very overcrowded, even the Bar had tables around it. My starter of chicken wings came immediately, which suggested they were already cooked and not fresh. The food came before the drinks and my wife's main course had to be returned as it was cold in the middle. Staff were asking us for our table number. As regulars, we found a marked problem, both with Staff and the food. We will not be returning anytime soon. Ver carta

We have been to Rokka multiple times and, although the food is consistently delicious, the staff could be friendlier and the atmosphere lacks warmth. There is minimal interaction with customers. When I inquired about using our Meerkat code, I was informed that the boss no longer honors it, even though the offer was still listed on the comparison site. I am willing to pay full price for good food, which Rokka offers, but it is disappointing that the staff does not make more of an effort to make customers feel welcomed.

Great place and food and service are awesome. The garlic bread and meatballs were ace. Chicken and lamb skewers for mains, really good. Only down side, they put us in a side room, then we realised when people kept walking right past our table, that we were right outside toilet. Should have asked to move but didn't want make a fuss. Still had a great night, just a heads up, you need to get rid of that table spot. It's a stupid place for people to sit.Only other issue is carpark, tiny and very hard to get in and out if you are lucky to get a spot. Service, food and the place are first class and beautiful. Think next time we'll ensure we get a table in the main bit though.

I 'll start with the only positive, and that was that the food was reasonable. We were initially seated in the new extension, which is a bit like a school canteen with absolutely no atmosphere. It did, however, stink of amonia, making it impossible to enjoy eating in there. We asked to be reseated in the front of the restaurant which staff did without fuss, Thank you! Eight minutes into our starters, the main courses arrived, and despite saying we hadn 't finished our starters, the server continued to try and leave the mains on the table I couldn 't even put this down to being busy as they weren 't and there was more staff than customers Once we received our bill, we found extra drinks added...
