The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shrimp appetizer and the tiramisu were delicious. Unfortunately the interior decor was very dated and there were very few patrons for a Friday night.

A regular favorite. Quiet atmosphere, suitable for business dinners, good quality food (especially fish) of reliable quality and very fair prices for Milan, especially with the discount of the fork. Good size shares, excellent service. Recommended.

If you like 50"s ambiance then this is the restaurant that will appeal to you no matter what. The service and food are quite adequate; service being better than food. Romani has a charm that few other restaurants in Milan have. While it might not be the best it certainly will give you the nostalgia, real or feigned, that you may want to experience.
