"**Review:** I had an outstanding dining experience! The service was superb, making our dinner truly enjoyable. The price per person was around £30–40, which I found to be reasonable for the quality provided. Both the food and service received a perfect rating of 5, and the atmosphere was equally impressive. I highly recommend trying the Cote De Boeuf (28oz). Plus, there’s plenty of parking available!"

"Very nice place to eat, the food was lovely. The evening service was very efficient, but the breakfast service was very very slow, we were seated upstairs. I find it very odd that the food comes out of the kitchen upstairs but the drinks come from downstairs. Why a coffee machine can't be upstairs to make it easier and faster service is beyond me. I ordered porridge with honey at 9.30am, I had to ask where it was at 10am. When it came it was like wallpaper paste, I had a couple of mouthfuls and left it, it was horrible. The rest of the breakfast was very tasty. The service needs to be looked at and made more efficient."

"It’s been a while since I had a curry as good as this in the UK. Though not on the menu, we could get a plain sweet lassi. The texture, taste and temperature were perfect. The poppadoms were generous and crunchy. The chutney’s were fresh and tasty. Simple but good. This is where many others go wrong. I ordered a single portion of onion bhaji for two. A generous helping of 3 bhajis with a yoghurt sauce. They were light, perfectly cooked and tasty. The following chicken curries were fresh, not too oily and super tasty. They were labeled medium but, to my taste, not hot, yet very well balanced spices and taste. Served with a pilau rice and peshwari nan, both of which were excellent. It’s a vibrant and busy place on a Saturday and the service was friendly, attentive and efficient. You can see the cooking in the open kitchen with a great attention to cleanliness all round. "Steak done rare, blood coming out everywhere, instead I asked for medium not rare. Peppercorn sauce was watered down disappeared when poured over the meal like water, waitress brought the meals, we had to chase the sauce and she was rude bringing it, stalling our meal, then the sauce replaced when 3/4 of the meal had gone and that was hanging about eating for waiting. Won,t go again, been in Alsager for 55 years should have known better but only ate here for having my dog with us otherwise would not have been in here. Unprofessional and a waste of £27 with a coffee."

"perplexed by positive reviews. the decor in the room was ok, but room a bit small and small. no air conditioning on a boiling hot day not good for standard they are for charging. not what they expect from a “Spa Hotel”, perhaps a motel. you cheap fan provided to move a whisper of hot air around. no plugs near the bette need to plug in at the opposite side of the space, so that the whisper of the air hardly reaches it. They make this new trend comfortable so they make a time to the breakfast in the evening before. I don't have to go until 10 o'clock and I want to eat if I don't get up, I have to say I have to choose the night before I want my £15 breakfast. Shampoo/soap dispenser yiu must pump 20 times to get a nozzle, clear to stop it too much. I'd rather be a five on the room rate small ding, but it's just frustrating. have not been staying?"
