delicious dishes, original flavors, a very warm service, a pleasant decor. We really enjoyed our meal in a runin! It was a great culinary experience from beginning to end. We were surprised by surprise. the couple holding the restaurant is very nice and the kitchen was just perfect. special mention to the cabbage and the sorbet and his hai, we dream again! Ronin serves a solid menu that changes frequently and currently costs 25€. The menu consists of many small savory and sweet dishes, and they are perfect for sharing if you are not alone. When we visited, the menu was built around the theme "Brot", we got stuffed Indian bread, Lebanese bread, a Chinese bread, black lentils and marinated rags. All we had was delicious, we enjoyed every single dish, and the presentation was also fantastic. The place is run by a couple and they were very welcoming and communicative. If I lived in Angers, I would certainly come frequently because the food is well respected and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Oh, and please book a table in advance while we eat, I...

It's a brave headline, but before I jump to any conclusions, let me explain. We knew nothing about Ronin until we were desperate for a real vegan meal during a 2 week holiday in France from Plymouth to St Tropez. In fact, we have rocked Angers in the car, but stayed in a hotel 3 hours from Angers, who promised to understand them vegan (French: Vegetalian . However, when the cook was surprised, we did not drink milk or eat eggs, we realized that everything went awfully wrong. But it was for one night and two meals, so no big thing we had to be just really specific, relying on Fritten, and then we drove on St Tropez, where suprisingly to be vegan was even more difficult within a 1 hour radius...
