"What a shame, what a shame.... I had to delete my 5 star review from 5 years ago and make a new one now.... : The Rosalys was always my place to go I was always happy with the service and everything about it but after Corona the Rosalys changed a lot which I heard from many and now I was able to experience it myself on the phone : When I called and wanted to reserve for 9p or maybe 10p, I was told that that wasn 't possible because from 10p there was a menu with a minimum consumption. 9p works but 10 doesn 't work?! When I spoke to the manager it only got worse. I 've always noticed how absolutely NO ONE there is interested in their job and all the employees have an I don 't care attitude and walk around with a fake smile. In any case, the manager then told me that it was what it was, he even said “Take it or Leave it”!! Sorry, but that 's not the way to behave with paying customers, isn 't that how you serve?! We are all ex military and would have left a huge amount of money at Rosalys because we wanted a double seating from 6 p.m. to open end and that was denied, so we would have had to book the wine cellar for a double seating with a minimum consumption from 1,800. had my reservation been accepted as I would have liked, we would have spent much more than 1,800 Fr. just a shame. Then the manager said he didn 't have time to talk to me on the phone! hahah sorry that you don 't have to accept reservations from wealthy customers! Great. Best Zürigstädtlets with fillet. Very good, high-quality cuisine. Friendly service. Top ambience. Just wow. Zurich prices but definitely worth the price for such good food. Any time.

We went there spontaneously at lunchtime and were put up in the “wine cellar” due to a lack of space. Wow, thanks for that ; It was a super tasty, b top service c super friendly .. wonderful, I'll definitely come back

We had two relatively simple meals but they were well done. There were more than enough servers some of which are more attentive than others. Prices are very high and the restaurant was crowded. The culinary low point was the bread that was served. It looked and tasted like it was from a local super market. To be frank for the price they ask I would expect more.

Recht gut Atmosphäre in diese Restaurant, zwar etwas laut aber nicht störenden. Die junge Dame die uns servier hat wie auch die Bestellung genommen und uns wein empfohlen hat ist erste recht freundlich und Professionell , es war ein supper service, gute Beratung. Wir waren absolut begeistert!! Frois Grois und Tartar einfach ausgezeignet In jeder Hinsicht ein Erlebniss! Immer wieder gerne!

The Rosalys Restaurant is an absolute insider tip for gourmets. Chef Fabio Lombardi is a master at transforming fresh ingredients into creative and delicious dishes. Particularly noteworthy is his passion, which is reflected in every bite. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a special experience for all the senses. I can highly recommend Rosalys Restaurant.
