4 aperitivi al tavolo. L'account è stato presentato senza ricevuta fiscale con un servizio aggiuntivo del 19%...a Vergogna. Pagato con carta e dopo aver richiesto la ricevuta Ver carta

abbiamo fatto colazione al banco con prezzi normali (2 brioches farcite, 1 cappa e 1 caffè €5.70) molto buoni brioches, cappuccio e caffè discreto. solo difetto che alle ore 18.00 il servizio al bancone non era più disponibile in modo che fosse costretto a servizio al di fuori del tavolo (costoso).

Il locale è in una posizione invidiabile, proprio su Piazza del Popolo, ha tavolini fuori e all’interno ma purtroppo non è per tutti dato che sedersi può essere molto costoso (come ci si aspetterebbe). Il caffè è buono e il personale gentile ma la qualità delle paste lascia un po’ a desiderare (ho mangiato cornetti mooolto più buoni Buoni invece i mignon e i macarons.

The food was mediocre at best. Very expensive with a lot of hidden costs, including a 19% service fee. The wait staff hovered while we looked at the menus and while our group was dividing up what we owed on the tab. This was also the only place, in 10 days of traveling Italy, that asked for a tip. Not the authentic Italian restaurant experience that we were looking for. Ver carta

grazie per la vostra cortesia e disponibilità per avermi permesso di odiare il bagno dopo che mi è stato disumanamente negato il diritto alla canoa bar tadolini strada del babuino , dal momento che senza passa verdi, a cui desidero un complimento di guasto pronto per la pulizia impeccabile della toilette e delle camere. come promesso torneremo sicuramente per un caffè con una bella vista sulla piazza del popolo quando la dittatura sanitaria sarà completata.

Great location but poor value for money. Meals were very expensive. Also very surprised to be hit with a 19% service fee. No other restaurant charged anything like this. When we asked the waiter what this was for, he explained that this was for the area and because of the square etc and also he made a pint of telling us that none of the 19% went to the staff. We unfortunately and stupidly gave them an additional 10% on top for the staff only to find out later that this was not true. Very disappointed by the experience in the end..

Scam !!! My mistake was that I didn’t check general reviews about that cafe in Rome! This cafe it is a century there so I decided to sit with my family . I checked the prices in the menu and I ordered 3 hot chocolates with cream. Of course I knew the price was 10,00 euros per each plus service charges. The problem wasn’t the price but the quality !!! The waiter brought 3 very small cups with one glass bowl with cream to share .The chocolate wasn’t hot at all. I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to hear me! He was very rude! The manager was also pretending that he didn’t understand my complains! From my experience almost in main cities in Europe and not only , when you’re sitting... Ver carta
