Great service Tasty food The effort behind the dough making comes through on the quality of the food

Very good food that recalls the traditional Neapolitan Cuisine with high quality products. Very kind the staff.

Two of us just had pizza. Very tasty and fresh. Would deffo come again(staying at Premier opposite really convenient.

Pleasant staff and good quick service, although we were not in a rush but appreciated. Food by British italian standard was fresh and tasty.

Our food was served to us 45mins after ordering. The pizza was stodgy. Salad was very nice and kids meal were nice too. Not going there again.

Normally it was good but this time as it was very busy my pasta was cold and my husbands calzone was under cook. They made an excuse as calzone is didfixult to make but it’s burnt outside and sought and under cook inside. Which is not the standard I expected. Very disappointed this time.

Arrived for our booked table 1 hour 30 min before we have a movie booked in cinema nearby. Upon arrival we waited 10 min at the door for any staff to approach us. Once approached we werw told there are no tables at the moment sit down and wait. Waited another 10min and were told to wait another 15 min. Stood up and left at that point. What is the point of taking reservations if you then expect people to wait additional 30+ minutes to be seated? Very bad service and planning.

They had no record of our booking so weren’t expecting us and put us on a table far too big for us. While our waiter was nice, the main courses arrived as we were getting our starters. We asked for them to take them back and keep it warm but the mains were cold when they arrived the second time. The mains were also brought out the second time while two of us were still eating our starters. It all felt very rushed and, while the staff were nice enough, the food was a bit disappointing. Won’t necessarily avoid it in the future, it’s just not near the top of the list which is a shame.

We booked a table but it wasn’t ready when we arrived. Staff were busy despite the restaurant only being about a quarter full. We had to wait about ten minutes to be seated and then the table wasn’t ready. We had to stand while the waiter dragged tables together for us. The waiting staff were friendly and knowledgable but too busy to be attentive. The food was not brought to the table together despite being ready. Two members of our party waited an extra five minutes for their food while we were waiting to start eating. Their meals were ready on the serving area just no staff to serve them.
