Stumbled across this absolute gem of a restaurant. Food was amazing and portions were generous. Staff were attentive and a good laugh. Stunning restaurant.

We had to leave the restaurant because they couldn't accommodate any vegan options. Hopefully they will introduce some vegan dishes in the future or become more flexible with dietary restrictions so we can return.

Fantastic, absolutely delicious food. We had Surf&Turf for two (mixed sea food and beef meat in a delicious sauce) I absolutely recommend and we will back for more. Friendly staff, very professional serving. Thank you Ver carta

Excellent food and service, nice comfortable atmosphere and reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and helpful, it really made the experience great. Limoncello flute dessert was absolutely perfect after a delicious and rich lobster ravioli main course.

We haven't had seafood this good in years! It was absolutely fantastic! We started with scallops to share, followed by sea bass with calamari, mussels, clams, and prawns for the main course. Everything was delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly.

It was quite late and we were looking for somewhere to eat. Our attention was attracted by the exquisite design of the restaurant. We were even more pleased with the availability of seafood dishes. Well the presentation of the dish and the flavours were top notch. The seafood was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant! Ver carta

We had a meal this evening at Rostic Italian restaurant on the advice of our hotel. It is under new management and is very much a family restaurant. The restaurant was full so we were pleased to have one of the two outside tables. Service was excellent and the food was very good too, we had Lobster ravioli and lasagne. We would come back if ever in Eastbourne again.

Very good Lemon Sole! Super soft, very fresh, good size, and tasty sides. We had Aperol Spritz and Campari Spritz too, both were well done. My 3-year-old boy ate a whole portion of Bolognese pasta, which we were shocked about. Well cooked too, al dente. It was challenging for the staff as I do not eat desserts, and it was my birthday, so I got a shot and a candle in a wine cork. Good job. I would truly recommend it, and we will be back.

This restaurant in Eastbourne is truly exceptional. We started with delicious Oysters Scallops and the Dover Sole, one of their specialty dishes, for mains. The ice cream with meringue center, two shots poured over coffee, and a liquor were all fantastic too. We returned the next day for lunch and enjoyed pasta dishes, with mine being off-menu but happily accommodated by the proprietor. The house wine we had on our second visit was also very good. The staff at this restaurant are clearly dedicated to providing exceptional service, and we were pleasantly surprised by the improvements made since the previous management. Overall, this restaurant exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend... Ver carta
