Because we were also staying the three previous nights in a very close hotel where we paid a similar price and the staff was very professional so it is not a matter of other than a bad choice of staff. From going to the buffet for dinner and being told more than three times to hurry up that the buffet is going to close in 15 minutes and even turning off the lights with several tables still having dinner to treating us as if it were a favor to serve us. On the other hand, seeing holes in the bathroom towels in the room is also very disappointing given the 5 stars awarded to this hotel. The buffet is not up to par either, it is very small for the amount of people they receive. The reception staff check us in without explaining anything to us (the bellboy does it) and also when we ask him to go to the hotel restaurants he tells us uf that is full this weekend and almost the whole week which It is a lie since we entered the QR code of the room and we have been able to dine in the two-Michelin-star restaurant inside.
