"I am still dreaming of the beautiful sandwiches I ate in Paris at Coupi Bar!! I was walking past and something in my gut told me to go inside, thank goodness I did. The coffee was delicious and the beef sandwich was the best Vietnamese sandwich I have ever had. My husband is a big Vietnamese sandwich lover so I have tried many of them over the years in different parts of the world, but Coupi Bar was easily the best one I have ever eaten. One of the reasons the sandwich was so great is because in addition to the fresh cilantro and carrots, the tangy sweet sauce on the beef and the pickled cucumbers ~ the baguette was part of the main event, not just a side note like so many others. The bread tasted like it had just come out of the oven as the sandwich was being made and each bite was the perfect crunch!! It's a little bit on the edge of town but worth the subway ride!!! Bonus: super clean bathroom which I always appreciate."

"La remarque suivante nous a été faite à mes amis et moi, celle-ci nous a déçu dans la mesure où elle nous a été faite seulement après avoir payé une note de 180€, "celui qui a réservé, 7 personnes c'est pas 8 personnes" alors que nous étions assis à une tables pour 8. Ce qui me désole, c'est que à ses début , l'accueil allait de paire avec la cuisine, qui soit y en passant est toujours aussi bonnes ( soyons juste quand même). Ont nous accueillaient très bien, maintenant que le restaurant est connus , on se permet de faire ce type de remarque anti-commerciale, désolant vraiment. Et comme je disait à mes amis, bien que la cuisine soit bonne, je reste le client, et le client paye pour passé un bon moment entre amis autour d'une bonne assiette et , non manger un bon plat et par la même une remarque qui sonne toujours mal dans l'oreille 2 jours après. Enfin bref , quelques leçons de " je retiens ma langue dans ma poche" leurs aurait permis de gagner, 8 clients +leurs familles + tout les personnes qui liront et entendrons ce commentaire = ça fait Beaucoup d'€.PS: la seule étoile c'est pour la nourriture"

"The food looked good but had no taste. We had a lamb tagine with prunes and almonds and a vegetarian couscous. The lamb consisted of huge chunks of meat with a lot of fat and bone. A dog's dinner! Could not taste any spices. The vegetarian couscous was a watery soup with boiled vegetables and no taste. It was Saturday night and we were the only diners in this huge restaurant. Not at all surprising since the quality of food was so bad."

"J'avais l'habitude de venir plusieurs fois par an depuis un bout de temps dans ce restaurant pour manger vietnamien.Quand j'y suis retournée récemment, tout a changé ! La décoration, le personnel (même si les serveurs restent très gentils et accueillants) et surtout la soupe pho!!C'était le meilleur pho de Paris, mais là c'est bien la première fois que je n'ai pas terminé mon bol. A premier abord, la soupe était très bonne, mais après quelques minutes, le gras flottait dans le bouillon... Dommage."

"A little disappointed with my first time. I went back on Saturday, November 20th, the dishes were not as good as when I went there. I took a beef salad and found it almost tasteless, it did not taste the lemongrass where the herbs, we only felt the fish sauce in the mouth. The portion was also quite lean for the price. I picked up the same dishes I had already ordered and it wasn't as good, but it's always correct. A Latin and Vietnamese restaurant, which can use wonderful herbs and spices. A real heartburn. A restaurant of quality and family! I went there by chance and we stopped there very happy with this discovery! I have a grilled duck net with her laotian sauce. That was great! Laotian sauce with lemongrass and mint was an explosion of freshness and smell in the mouth. "
