"I had a great experience at the cafe where I enjoyed coffee and a snack. The cappuccinos were delicious. Afterwards, I went to the supermarket to do some shopping. I noticed they had new, large trolleys that were surprisingly easy to maneuver after a few aisles. However, I saw a petite woman struggling to reach down to retrieve her groceries from the trolley. I also observed a few people bringing Homebase trolleys across. While I was able to manage with the large trolley, I found it to be too big for my liking. The basket option was too small for my needs. I plan to look around next time to see if there are any normal-sized trolley options available."

Not a lot of hot food to choose from, sandwiches, tray bakes and scones, tea coffee and hot chocolate, which are not too pricey,

Lovely staff but fruit scone had 1 piece of fruit, obviously stuck on the outside. Jam would be an extra 50p. Tea was good and served in a teapot.

My mother was asked to fill in her contact details to have a cup of coffee in one of your coffee shops in Northern Ireland. This is unacceptable. She is not well and was upset when she returned home. SHAME ON YOU, @sainsburys

My friend and I have taken to go to this cafe after the gym. First time visit for me in January. Love the place! Prices are very reasonable, staff can’t do more for you and the food is yummy. baked potato with beans and salad is my favourite) Keep up the good work guys. Ver carta

Unfortunately, there was no coffee available today at the restaurant. It was disappointing to see a sign indicating that the cafe is permanently closed as it was a missed opportunity. The store itself is lovely, bright, and spacious with well-stocked shelves and wide aisles.

Visited on a Monday afternoon, not overly busy aisles all clutter free and best of all no dreadful music noise, hence spent quite awhile, got everything required. Well stocked shelves and fresh fruit and veg. Make a point of calling here if in vicinity, worth it today. Used self check out, trouble free . Ample free parking available.

Run out of baguettes so offered a nap in its stead... not the same in anyone's mind but when we said no gravy but could we have cheese they then charged us an additional 70p for a couple of small bits of cheese. Cream tea and pavlova were fine as were the hot drinks. Would go back but avoiding extras... like a couple of pieces of cheese! Ver carta

After shopping in supermarket, visited cafe for quick coffees, just one serving but he did excellent job. Cappuccino and latte were hot as ordered, was delighted to find Portuguese Tarts, which were best tasted out of Portugal. Good value at £6.40. First visit here but if those little creamy tarts are still on offer can see it becoming a regular thing.

I visited Sainsbury's for a few last-minute food items and decided to make a much-needed coffee stop. The service was good, and my coffee was delivered extra hot as requested in a large beaker, which kept the heat better than a regular cup. I also chose a cinnamon swirl and apple lattice pastry, both of which were delicious. I would definitely return as it was good value for the quality of food and service.

"Tl;dr this chef and this team are on their way to a Michelin star, so get a reservation while you can. We visited here Saturday 29, where we enjoyed the tasting menu by current chef John Hollywood. Their tasting menu is averagely priced, comparable to Dublin’s Bastible, with 6 courses actual, and plenty of wine. Aside from the setup, nothing else is average. The staff at Boat House are second to none. The atmosphere is similar to Hof van Cleve, with chirpy, witty staff happily serving customers and following the mood of the table. Their sommelier and wine pairing is particularly special, with each bottle subverting the trend, unexpected, but without compromising on quality (see: Bastible cannot figure out wine). Their sommelier is a wine nerd who’s happy to go into as much depth as you want, but you feed off the passion between courses, which is a really great dynamic between the staff and the table this is rare, usually only achieved at top star restaurants. I’ve never found this in the island of Ireland. The food itself is the perfect mix of foraged from land and sea, each dish testing and surprising you, but with some classics mixed in (beef Barolo your reward for trusting the chef). On the whole, the menu seems designed to subvert comfort you in equal measure, and succeeds with every course. You won’t find the same level of experimentation from many of the Italian tasting menus on the circuit, but that comes with the assurances of consistent quality and a journey that’ll never let you down, where subversive wine pairings inject a level of exciting chaos without risking the food. Between the atmosphere, staff, and chemistry at the table in the kitchen, a trip to Boat House can be held in the same regard as some of the world’s top Michelin star restaurants. They’re on the way. They have the ingredients, whether you know it or not. Better start those birthday reservations now."
