"I had a date night at Salmuera on a Friday night. We started we empanadas, ceviche and a glass of excellent natural orange wine. We were already off to a great start as the starters were absolutely delicious and the service attentive and happy to explain and give suggestions. I ordered a filet steak and my partner rib eye, both perfectly cooked. As recommended we got some Mezcal to go with the steak which was a lovely additions. I liked the ambience, it is to be fair quite noisy but I personally did not mind. All in all great experience and totally worth it but definitely a spenny evening too."

Any Restaurant that have the whole selection of Del Maguey Mezcals and large slaps of beef servived with chimmichuri is good : but the place was noisy but a good atmosphere and the service good. Ver carta

Met 2 vrienden de Rib-Eye en Sirloin genomen, echt op en top genoten! Bediening was ook top, en ondanks de drukte gezellig en tijd nemend voor een praatje ! Suus als je dit leest, je krijgt nog de groeten van die ene maat van me�!

Disappoint! Really curious how to make a slowly cook pork into a piece of dry inflamed disappointment. The skin is well overboiled and becomes a hard piece of stone. A restaurant with this review serves this kind of food, a total failure I would say!
