from here on a Saturday night. they managed to get a table for us, and the burger was the best I had in the old. the sides were also good. worth a visit.

Always visit Salt Pepper when in Torbay never fails to impress , top quality food at competitive prices , great location right on the marina, best steakhouse in the bay , well done guys

we had a nice weekend in torquay celebrated the life of my grandmother and were all together with a wonderful meal here . the staff went over and over eating was fantastic and the desserts all made to home. Ver carta

I would describe the food as “budget”. Unfortunately the prices aren’t also “budget” and so we were left disappointed. It’s hard to understand how this has a rating of 4.5. This said, the service and staff were great. Very friendly and attentive. Can’t fault that...side of things.

Monday night October 11 It was the worst meal I /we have ever had. Chicken wings to start that should have been the first sign Burt to a crisp!! I had the burger chips the burger x2 cheap looking flat meat things, somethings I...would have expected out side in the street at 5am and that’s been too kind. Frozen cheep chip fried too many times, dark brown and very greasy the bread must have been out on the side all day. The other meal had the wrong cheese served on (a cheap alternative). When you pay over the odds, you expect something special but not this way

First night away with partner and first evening meal out of hotel. Staff at Salt Pepper are very friendly and very attentive to your needs (brown sauce for the missus was a plus ! Cannot fault the the quality of food…for starters I had...the salt and pepper prawns which were mouth watering delicious. My partner had the green lipped mussels…well I persuaded my partner to part with one. They were outstanding and were the biggest and tastiest mussels I have ever clapped my eyes on..staff advised they were locally sourced…I would highly recommend. For mains we both had the ribeye steaks (medium well done) and were not disappointed, the steaks were tasty and very tender and well worth the price.... Ver carta
