before ordering over two hours and still not here and this is not the first time that this has happened, I can employ restaurants, but a time given and nothing has been heard since tried to call several times and now no food or updating of them very disappointed and in any case need to correct their service and time, added, after it updated only to say it was recommended that we just put into contact with the art and wise it

I recently had a family dinner party where we enjoyed homemade curries, but we needed accompaniments so we ordered naans, parathas, poppadoms, various dips, etc. Despite living in a city where I am accustomed to paying similar prices for these items, I was disappointed with the quality. The naans were small, flat, and dry, the parathas were tasteless, and the poppadoms were almost a pound each, all thrown haphazardly into a paper bag causing most of them to break. The dips were either dry onions, definitely not chutney, or watery, bland liquid. It was a very expensive and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We pre ordered through Just Eat for delivery at 7.30pm. The food arrived two hours late at 9.30pm after me phoning a few times to ask how long it'll be. I was told at 8.20pm it had left the kitchen and was out for delivery but when I asked the driver what time he'd left the kitchen with our food he said no later than 9pm lol so someone's lying. I wouldn't be surprised if it did leave at 8.20pm because all of the food was cold by the time it got to us. Neither the person I spoke to on the phone nor the delivery driver seemed bothered or apologetic for the awful service they'd provided.
