Sam's Chicken - Carta

My chicken wasn’t half as bad as some of these but I’m not even an hour in and my cheeks are being clenched harder than Mike Tyson’s punch

We recently ordered food from Sam's Chicken restaurant. The dishes were of very poor quality, with low quality ingredients, and the service was extremely bad.

Never order from this chicken shop. When I do order it never turns up and they cannot even care less, they just blame UBER. when it does turn up, from previous orders, it's always cold. Ver carta

You pay for cold food and terrible service and on Top of that you get 1 mayonnaise and 1 ketchup maximum, doesn't matter how big your meal is. Never heard this policy anywhere in uk. Even sam chicken on portswood road is much better. STAY AWAY from this greedy owner.

Great food but last couple of times food not cooked and missing , Chips or Other foods /wings last time. Think staff don’t understand when ordering and customer service terrible . As can’t speak or understand basic English!!! Need to get basics right and Bournemouth branch be flying

I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant as they served raw and lukewarm chicken. If you care about your digestive health, stay far away. I am currently waiting in line at the ferry terminal hoping I can keep things under control until I reach my cabin, otherwise there may be an emergency situation. Ver carta

Attempted to get some food at around 11.35pm (closing time at 12) and the chap behind the counter rudely waved me off. I left and checked opening times (12pm close) and went back to say exactly that and got blanked. Went up to the Chap and said it 's not 12 yet and then changed the excuse to we have no food left . Fair enough but don 't be rude or dismissive.wont go back now.

Most of the burgers we ordered were cold, but the highlight was the fries. However, when we brought this up to the staff, they refused to acknowledge the issue and claimed they don't serve cold food. Really? I only called because I was attracted to one of the staff members, even though I am married. Disappointing service and attitude. Please make sure to check your food before leaving.

Ordered a takeaway from here at the Bournemouth Sam's chicken restaurant (I'm guessing it's a chain as I use to like in Southampton and there was one there, never ate there before though). Ordered it at 6.20pm. It came at 9pm. Couldn't even call the restaurant as it kept ringing out (that's a wait time over two and a half from time of ordering with no updates) no apologies when it came, items were missing and then when we opened up the main box, the chicken was raw, literally pink in the middle. Absolutely awful. Do not order from here! Ver carta
