San Lorenzo - Carta

Lovely little restaurant with a great selection of amazing tasting food. Staff were very accommodating with our pram. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

We’ve been using this restaurant regularly over recent months and it never disappoints. Service is always first class, the food delicious, and the cost is reasonable.

Not been since the pandemic started but so glad it’s survived the challenging months. Fantastic food as always and and top class service Great to always see the owner front of house Ver carta

been tonight with my wife and our 2 young children and as always had served amazing eating from the owner himself and his brilliant staff. nothing is too much annoyed and they are great with the children. a must try for all who appreciate good eating

the food was delicious, but we were booked at 18.30 a.m. and immediately after the arrival we were told that our table was needed for the next booking at 8.15 a.m., we were then rushed through the entire meal. had not dared a job desserts or coffee. we really pampered it, so we wouldn't use this restaurant again.

we have not been in san lorenzo for a reason other than curling down and generally live. but we will not leave it so long before our next visit. the service was fast and efficient without feeling that eating was amazing,...obvily freshened and plentiful and the place has a great atmosphere. would definitely recommend and will certainly return in the near future Ver carta

We dined here one Sunday evening in August at 7:00PM and the place was quite full, but, after a warm welcome from Veri the owner, we sat down and had a wonderful meal with excellent service. Can't fault it. I had whitebait; very tasty, followed...by Penne Alberto; penne pasta in a cream sauce with chicken, and tiramisu. The restaurant doesn't just serve pasta, as other people in our party had steak and other meat dishes with veg/potatoes etc. They also serve pizza, but that’s for next time.

we visited here in December for a family birthday and 2 of us were vegan. we were worried if we could find something that is suitable for eating, but we don't need to worry. the waiter was very friendly and said they could most. meals on the menu, be vegan for us. we ended up with a calzone and pizza (without cheese obviously) and much sweet. the sweet was honestly the freshest tasting veggies I ever had (I went over for days). the other carnivores of the group were also satisfied with their meals.

Quiet Friday evening, but perfect host and great food. Decor simple and clean. Friendly, courteous and attentive. Starters arrived promptly and deliciously fresh. Brushetti on soft crusty bread with lovely basil tomatoes, calamari- crispy and not oily. Goat's cheese to die for... Seafood risotto ,...mushroom risotto, cannelloni and salmon thermidol- tasty, fresh and Authentic Italian. Nothing to complain about at all. Would recommend definitely, and would come back, if back in Sheffield in the future Ver carta
