a wonderful discovery, this restaurant on the street of victories passes unnoticed. this address is very run by Asians. the service is user-friendly, the plates are colored, scented and original.

I had a very good time! It is fine and original, textures and cooking are very well worked. I read that the service was not very well noted yet everything was perfect for us. special mention for their great wines! I recommend it! Ver carta

very nice experience. We were a little distrustful of the white card menu, but the chef offered us a very light menu despite the dishes that were running. brioche and county, tempura of mini peppers and a cold soup of cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Inside white tuna, two dishes: lobster and pigeon net. a dessert with red fruit and a good final note with black chocolate and buckwheat ice. beautiful place, attentive service and a very beautiful nature wine map. the auvergne gamay of which noua was advised by the sommelier was surprising. I'm sure it's an experience to renew.

My wife and I enjoyed a lunch menu at Saturne beginning of August 2017. We both decided to take the lunch menu accompanied with a bottle of bio Chardonnay. When selecting the wine the waiter was very helpful and patient and after we tasted the first bottle and made clear we didn't prefer it, she took our feedback and found us a bottle that we did prefer. So that was great service. The food is good in the sense that everything is well seasoned and prepared. Their style leans towards organic food (and wine) and presents it in a rustic & modern way. excellent meal, where "the product" is highlighted, both by the presentation of the plate and the preparation in the kitchen. the evening menu "white card" is blind, but it is taken into account your intolerances and allergies (this was my case). You can take the chord and wines ( 65€); not for my part; wines with glass are at reasonable prices (10€) and with small discoveries. Cooking is perfectly controlled, both for the yellow and for the calf. We read good reviews about this place and decided to give it a try when in Paris. We were impressed! Our dinner tasting menu included cold cucumber soup with raw oyster (refreshing), tuna sashimi with fig (interesting combination though fig might have overpowered tuna a little), lobster with a very thin transparent layer of ham-like thing (one of the best dishes), and duck (seared to perfection -- with the sauce and some mysterious nutty sprinkles, this dish was a homerun for us). The menu also came with two desserts - the first one had really tasty white crumble-like things which apparently were almond milk "flash-frozen" with liquid nitrogen (yes we got really curious and asked the waiter...

I really really want to give this restaurant 5 stars because we got served some of the best food that we have ever eaten. The tasting menu was absolutely delicious and we ate food combinations that we had never had before!! We also went on to try the dessert which was so incredible. I absolutely love the fresh ingredients that are used. The only down fall for us was that the staff weren't overly attentive. They were all extremely nice when we did speak to them (I didn't find any of them rude despite another review I read) however I think they seemed a little run off their feet at times and we ended up having to fill up our own water and wine at times which I don't think is really acceptable...

We went to this restaurant last week and had the 7 course taster menu (a little trio of appetisers first, followed by this amazing cold cucumber soup, then two fish dishes - ours was raw tuna and then lobster, a meat dish - we had duck, and two desserts but the chef varies the menu each week) along with the wine flight.We booked this last minute on that evening as we had gone to another up and coming restaurant and were bitterly disappointed with their poor service and menu.
