Good food decent priced. We had a salad with goats cheese and a stew with pastry. Very tasty. Quick service and a nice ambiance. We enjoyed the food. Loved it.

This charming little pub is located by the water near the bridge. My husband really enjoyed the Cullen Skink soup. We tried the steak pie and found the meat to be high quality and absolutely delicious. The portion size was generous and could easily feed two people. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and welcoming.

Called in here as we were staying in Kyleakin in another hotel on a trip round the North 500. What a wonderful welcome from Chloe behind the bar,just disappointed we could not stay for a meal as we were already booked in at the Hotel. Reasonable prices and looks a good menu. No hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

We stayed at the neighboring accommodation and dined at this restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The food was excellent, with breakfast being the best we have ever had in a hotel. I ordered the full breakfast, while my husband had the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. The staff were delightful and took great care of our dogs. Warm welcome, but the staff seemed a bit over worked. The tables are very close together and my chair was constantly kicked by staff and other dinners. The Menu is a bit lacking and generally over priced, we were offered Pie, Pasta, Smoked Fish salad and something else. It is not the menu of the web site. I chose the Cullen Skink and a Chocolate Dessert which for £7.95, it should not have tasted like an Iceland, defrosted pud. We had booked for the following evening, but found somewhere much better.

There aren't many dining options in Kyleakin during November. We dined at this restaurant on our first night, but we won't be returning. The menu is extremely limited, likely due to the slow business this time of year, with dishes that seem to be premade or have a long shelf life. The starters were the highlight, particularly the black pudding with halloumi and bacon. However, our main courses were underwhelming. The service was acceptable, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing and seemed overpriced for the quality.

After two days of sorry we are full , pushed away not very nicely, we had a reservation for dinner. When we arrived, they moved away from a table two people and we got sitted in their place. We ordered and we got served after one hour, while other people that arrived after us got their food before us... We got a salmon fillet, apparentely made with no salt (not even in the mashed potatoes) and a steak and stout pie... but there was no pie, just a stue with meat and wathery sauce. For the price we paid and the long wait this place has, I consider this a complete disaster. Ver carta
