"a birthday invitation was the reason of my visit. it was Saturday, the load was well visited why always and we were eight people. after the drinks were taken up, these came approx. 20min later, but only a part of it, the rest came 10min afterwards. the ordered eating came at least almost at the same time, but here of good quality can not be the talking. the portions are so large that there is more mass rather than class, which makes itself noticeable in taste. at the burgers, everyone has had their own bag pommes in the friteuse as many as were present as a supplement. the cocktails are not worth talking. with juice and syrup drowned cheaper alcohol. a good balance between sweet and acid misdisplay. fresh not present. since there is happy hour here almost all night (which then explains why it is so full with people who seem to be not important to good taste) except between 20-23 o'clock it is no wonder that here mainly younger publikum with jumbos the top lights out. that then again many of the visitors before the happy hour ends at 20 o'clock 2 jumbos order to bridge the 3 h not happy hour won't surprise me anymore and even though they still have a half full glass ahead. the male service power was nice and friendly, however stressed, that he had provided at the 2nd round a jumbo tipped over was not to be faulty. since it gets quite tight in the back area when everything is occupied it was probably foreseeable that he was eventually sneaked, sooner or later. he apologised many paintings and quickly knew everything, fortunately, most of them went over the table. The place is a bar/restaurant with plenty of cocktails to choose from. Food is good if you like tex mex and portions are quiet large. Fajita was anyway. Service is good and friendly too. Prices are reasonable also.

it is a beautiful location in mainz . you can eat well and drink cocktails . you should order a table when you go there.The cocktails are super have a great choice . the one I don't find so good is the loud music if you want to eat .

Thought it’d be fun to try Mexican food in Germany after living in the southwest of the USA forever loving Mexican food. Missed having pico de gallo, but the burrito was good! The potato wedges on the side were ok, but not great (German influenced item? .

If you want to have a very nice atmosphere restaurant with excellent food and a huge options of drinks cocktails then this is your place. I like how the menu is organized as it categorized the cocktails according to the flavors from sweet to strong . The staff are also great and friendly and very welcoming.

sausalitos is a real tip to enjoy delicious burger and cocktails. the ambiente is very lovingly designed. a secret tip is to visit the restaurant on Mondays. at the moment there are 50% on selected meals and drinks).: a reservation is always advantageous because the restaurant is always well visited. absolutely recommended

56 min waiting for food. Only ordered chips, mini tacos, chicken burger platter. If it’s busy keep walking or you will be waiting an hour after ordering your food. Chips were over cooked and chicken wings went back to the kitchen as they were still cold inside. Not impressed and certainly won’t be back. Just hoping I don’t get sick! Slow service, over cooked and undercooked food.

we went spontaneously to the sausalitos without booking before and we got a table despite Friday night. the service was very nice and advised us well. the cocktails were very tasty and with 2 big cocktails we got free a teller with nachos and 2 dips. they were good too. the only thing that was not so great was the price: 12€ for a non-alcoholic cocktail is already very expensive I find. he tasted good, but it's a lot.

"twice we were in the patagonia in mainz, at the opening on the 15th March and as we liked it so well, again on the occasion of our high season on the 31st March. the first visit we made with our three little children and it was as it should be, that is, unproblematic. we came in and felt comfortable. the ambiente is so heartless. there are food for children, a high chair, place in restaurant, so that the children can walk around, the hosted outdoor area is closed with a forte – you are child-loving. the restaurant was well visited, yet eating quickly and hot on the table. the meat was very tasteful outside chess inside tender and juicy (rib eye and rumpsteak,) the finely prepared supplements underline the taste, with a red wine merlot or cabernet sauvignon the experience. during the second visit we had an salat and empanadas after the classic freshly prepared aperitif pisco sour as an appetizer, and on request a compilation of all: empanadas de queso, empanadas de pino and empanadas de camarón – queso all of it. the salat ensalada perales con queso (mixed salat with gorgonzolabällchen in mangochutney, weinbirnen, pistazien and balsámico walnut oil) is an unusual but a very successful harmonious taste experience. then the steaks: lomo puerto varas (rib eye 220g) and lomo torres del paine (rumpsteak 350g) again outside chess and inside tender and juicy – also the 350g piece. the meat comes from chile and is chilenic, medium is standard, prepared. with the spicy supplements and matching wein this time the excellent pinot noir expresión reserve 2009 a pleasure. due to the experience of the first visit we have deliberately not ordered the filet (because you know it is perfect, has to be perfect) because we wanted to know how to deal with normal meat. conclusion: you can and indeed very well! the desserts papaya chilena (chilenic papaya filled with mascarpone cream and skyberry sauce) or helado de miel de ulmo (ice from ulmenhon with poppy and skyberry sauce) then represent a successful conclusion with an excellent coffee. a few small things are to be improved to get to perfection; as always at restarts of restaurants that are not part of a chain that individually start from ground. but the passion, the heart for the thing is clear to see and feel: you are really special on the best way."

"Pizzeria Popeye Why do you call a pizzeria after a whirlpool? I find no indication, especially the operators are real Italians. Was Popeye Italian? I don't think so. At least there are some dishes with spinach on the map. But from the front... This small pizzeria lives mainly from delivery and collection. No one is lost in this corner of Bretzenheim. Neither a sign shows here, nor can you see it remotely, simply hidden in the middle of the residential and office blocks. I noticed when I bought rolls nearby. My lady was sworn twice with friends and from the fresh pasta. Then it can't be that wrong. The ambience is, how should I describe it? Let me know. A glass box, right next to a KFZ workshop, within the “kitchen” and a counter on the drinks are prepared. A few more tables. I haven't seen any toilets, but I think I'm around the corner in the same building. Then there are outside seats. Every campsite is more cozy.
