"Terrible experience. The staff were not at all interested in serving us, the food was good but nothing amazing with small portion sizes. We had to ask numerous times for a drinks menu which seemed like an inconvenience to the waitstaff. We had to ask numerous times for the bill and when it did come I had to question the waiter on the bill! First off, there was a £16 charge for ‘copero’ which when I asked our waiter what it was, he shrugged and said ‘service bread’ this is the same waiter that tried to take my partners plate away before she had finished her meal and had to be asked numerous times for the drinks menu and bill. What service?! We have been travelling Italy for over a week and every restaurant or bar other than Savini has offerer complimentary snacks and or bread without any charge! We did not ask for or eat much of the bread! Furthermore, we were charged £18 for 2 waters, the second bottle which the waiter opened and poured into our glasses before we even had the chance to say no. We wanted gelato after, but were not going to give Savini any more money for an absolutely terrible, overpriced and underwhelming experience. You can try all you like to be fancy, but you are just a poor imitation!"

The food was excellent and extremely creative and different. I started with the carpaccio and had the duck for my main course. Everything was excellent. If it was only about the food, I would have given this 5 stars. The issue was the waiters/service. I walked in and was ignored. After sitting a bit I had to stare a waiter down to be given a menu. There was a ton of staff standing around and it felt like they were staring and not very helpful.

This is the most expensive of the Galleria restaurants. We had a reservation and went for dinner. The food was good (not great). The service was poor. First we were ignored. We were offered menus and ordered. We did get a lovely bread basket and condiments, but our water and wine never arrived. Then came the entrees and we noted that we had no water or wine. A kerfuffle of activity did produce it. So weird for a place that looks so elegant, is so expensive, and seems to to want to be polished and elegant. It just isn't.
