We were not expecting much of a place at such a touristy attraction what a surprise though! Delicious meal, professional and attentive staff, and on top of that wonderful view! to be repeated!

The service was excellent. We were never in want at least 3 extra people took care of us in addition to our primary server. The food was excellent and beautifully served. The price was on par with the service and the meal.

when entering the restaurant we were not recognized and waited for a co-worker. a pass to server passed and was extremely rude. After I was treated awfully, I wouldn't have thought I wanted to give my business to this restaurant.

this is a very special situation, besides the Rhinefall, which changes the look of every season. eating was good (scampi, tagliatini with lobster sauce, then züri swung (befstrich in gravy) and rösti, followed by eis, as well as the service. excellent ambiente, rewarding booking.

we ordered fries, mushroom salad, prosecco wine and Hugo cocktail. cutlery was not given to us. we had to get it from the kitchen in our own. serviettes were not given. when we were 5, they only gave 1. to rest the serviettes themselves. the food was good. the cocktail was good. but poor and discriminating service.

We were very happy with everything. We had a very nice waiter, Mert, we were delighted about his professional attitude! He even gave us bread to feed the birds for our kids wow. How attentive! We had lunch and we were very happy. The...tartar and the cordon bleu was perfect. It’s not a tourist trap the view is the cherry on the cake and the rest was very good,

So the menu states 'kids fish nuggets ' and chips which is okay. the menu then states 'fish and chips ' which one would think means exactly that fish and chips! But no, the restaurant sells fish nuggets and chips as fish and chips! Kids get...4 nuggets and adults get 6! So if you 're expecting fish and chips when you order fish and chips, you will get fish nuggets and chips! When I questioned the lady behind the counter, she became very rude and condescending!
