"before just 2 weeks we visited (2 persons) the restaurant Schnupf that is very popular for the time. The service is consistently very friendly, courteous and answered willingly questions. The frits were, I am neither the first nor the last that mentions this are absolutely top - apparently referred to by a farmer from the canton Schaffhausen. The sauce bérnaise deserves equally undivided praise - absolutely delicious! the meat, however, could not fulfill our expectations.I ordered it bleu, but it was served medium. It was also to say it cautiously, quite bite-resistant, partly borderlined. That it comes from Argentine (notabene von dieter meier) astonishingly as we have in ch with destiny qualitatiw as good meat. Apparently, CH meat was initially served. however, the daughter of dieter meier should be involved/involved in the restaurant. this would explain a lot.The serviettes looked suspiciously after "en soie" products - that would be the gattin of said herrn Meier.Factory: it "dieter meierlet" apparently quite violently in this pick.In positive memory stay the service, the frits and the sauce bérnaise!the - added to me - unhappy meat to stop me"

Or not. the restaurant is fully booked and an early reservation is mandatory. a small but special card makes it easy to select. serving the sardine to the appetizer directly in the dose is a good idea and just as delicious as the artichoke with vinaigrette my colleague. for the steak with pommes frites, we had decided to recommend one. And it was not disappointed: perfectly prepared meat with crispy and very hot frits and an extremely fine bread. The friendly and refreshing service along with the old-fashioned facility and a mixed clant rounded off the whole to a successful evening.

before you have to say that the fleet dame in service 5 stars has earned thanks to their sympathetic way!Salat for 10 francs - bounced on the teller, the 5 cores on it are ridiculous and the sauce is not better and not worse than any other place. Meat...for 45 francs...chamber. desired cooking level was ignored.Dieter meiers meat uninhabited tough and chubby. where remains the quality?Suce and pommes have convinced.Leider was also presented the main course in no love. rest of the crew has no gastro experience, no customer service skills and is much too busy to be cool. It's ridiculous.

the crisp used to be a real chnelle. after a gentle and successful facelift, a few young gastronomics have taken over the local and make their thing very good. the menu card is small, there are artichokes, sardines and entrecôte sauce with béarnaise and pommes frites. I like the concept. service is young and uncomplicated, despite fully occupied local very friendly. the artichoke is perfectly cooked and the vinaigrette fits great. the pommes fries and the sauce béarnaise are a ravine! the entrecôte was good, but not special. the garden is very lasy. a reservation is currently recommended, especially on weekend. The terrace and the atmosphere of the bar and restaurant were definitely worth the occasion. The food was delicious and the meat was perfectly cooked according to our wishes. But even if Zurich is known for its high prices, there is sometimes the so-called Common...sense. A cow fillet with 60. (yes, as or more expensive than the palace) deserves at least a care for presentation and quantity. The part was ridiculous, and if you want vegetables as ancillary on the pommes, you need to invest 7. more. This can simply not be and really demands a consideration on the price of some of the dishes. The wine potato offers only one hand full of Swiss wines, and the prices of the bottles follow the imag...

the pacious formerly ransoming station and, as we call it, was a chnelle. but the times are changing. once again try to catch young gastronomics. We were there two. on a Friday night. the service is very friendly and competent (is not so challenging at the manageable offer). You eat steak fries in a nutshell. the kartoffels were excellent. they come from local production. the meat....na, yes, it comes from Argentineia and it is quite bite-resistant. my accompaniment ordered the steak bleu. what it was unfortunately not. the sauce béarnaise was wonderful. you want to do everything. the noise level in the local is above the pain limit and there is still a background music. that was too much for...

"This is my fav Italian joint in Zurich. La Famiglia Tremonte is a small, family run cafe-restaurant that serves excellent and authentic Italian food at prices that are low compared to the norm in Zurich.Famiglia Tremonte is rather inconspicuously located at the corner of Zurlindenstrasse and Birmensdorferstrasse, a couple of doors away from The Desperado Mexican Restaurant. You might need to look for it a little: I lived practically next door and did not notice it for almost a year, and even then a friend had to point it out to me.The restaurant is mostly a takeout with very little seating, i.e. 7 people inside, and when the weather is goo, about 5 people outside. The ambience is basic but, like most things in Switzerland, the interiors are very clean. Staff and service are very goo. The food here is awesome! Authentic Italian fare that is probably heavily influenced by Sicilian tradition since that is where the family is from. I used to visit almost every day because the food tastes great and the prices are so low for Zurich. I have tried almost everything: several pasta dishes, polpettine, stuffed bell peppers, meatloaf, piadina, and of course, the fabulously tasty and hot chilli infused EVOO. I enjoyed every dish I ordered. Great stuff! I strongly recommend the super-hot chilli infused EVOO as a seasoning for almost all dishes, but especially the pasta dishes that come in a cream sauce. Please be careful with chilli EVOO: 0.5 tbsp. for noobs, and a max. of 2 tbsp. for those who like it hot. The chilli EVOO, when used appropriately, adds great flavour to your dish. The piadina is the best I have eaten - period. I have been all over the world, spent a lot of time in Italy and New York (: great place for Italian food lovers :), and I still think this is the best piadina ever. They also serve some nice Italian desserts -- I've tried a few but have forgotten the names. They also have a small selection of Italian ingredients for sale. I bought the pesto and was happy with it. You also get a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic Italian drinks to go with the food.Prices are relatively low by Zurich standards: I rarely ever ate for more than CHF 15, and if I skipped the drinks it was usually around CHF 10. Of course, this varies a bit according to what you order.Highly recommended. Glad I found this place. Great for office workers in the vicinity."
