"the berger street is a street known for its countless pubs, bars and restaurants, and the shoneberger gasthaus bar was such a large tavern we visited. the interieur in here is really good, hidden brickwork,big decoration and furnishings including a filled elk head I think it is. an elk and many seating possibilities distributed over this tavern, it is an absolutely amazing tavern and one I am so glad that we are in our night on the berger street. my twin brother stepped and I were here on a Monday evening and this place was packed with a great atmosphere, we were only here for drinks and a very pleasant member of the staff took our order of a pickle wine each and these were served in perfect condition, we just stepped back and chilled out and sucked out the great mood in this busy and popular tavern. the apple wine was excellent, I love the sharp, tart taste of apple wine, it is such a refreshing drink and made for a nice change from the more camp style beer that we had previously drank on the day. during this visit I can not really comment on the meal times, as we were only here for drinks, but I must say that the meal times that the kitchen was abandoned and melts delicious and at our next visit here we are sure to try their meal menu. we really enjoyed it or apfelwein here and the great atmosphere so much that we stayed here for two apfel wines before we continued and for the first time we visited very impressed by this tavern. beeberger gasthaus bar is really easy to find, we jumped down the subway to stop bornheim mitte, they were berger street they were finding these tavern opening times are; Monday to Thursday, 6 o'clock to 1 o'clock. Friday Saturday, 16 o'clock to 2 o'clock. Sunday, 10 o'clock to midnight. a great restaurant and a bar and a visit worth."

We have stopped for a quick lunch. It was a sunny holiday and the restaurant was open from midday. We sit in a take on the street on the shadow of a big umbrella. The guy who served us was very helpful and did his...best to explain in English the menu that was in German only. The food was good in a big portion and reasonable price. We have tasted two different beers, nice flavor and temperature.

The restaurant is nice, the atmosphere is superb. Service is fast, professional and easy. I really like this place when I wanna go out for a beer after work or when I don't want to cook at home. Schnitzel or Flammkuchen are always well done!...If you are looking for an outstanding food level this is not the place but if you want some good relaxing time in a superb place well... you are in the right place. Nice decor, very nice garden in the backyard, average food, rude staff. What's wrong with people working there? Asking for the bill again shortly after the first time (my tablemate did not notice we had already requested it) caused a very rude reaction of the...waitress. Her rude reaction caused no tip. No tip caused additional rudeness of the waitress. The profusion of rudeness caused we-never-again-there.
