"we arrived for lunch and all 4 of us ordered jacket potatoes which were a good size and very nice indeed along with the fillings.. I will point out that i ordered coffee, white coffee please and a latte was brought out. i said i never ordered latte just white coffee so it was taken away then promptly brought back with the reply white coffee is latte. Couldn't be bothered to argue so just drank my more expensive latte. Just bear in mind owners you have dropped from a potential 4 to a 3 because of this."

We had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant on a sunny afternoon. The portion sizes were generous and the food was delicious.

I went to this restaurant for my daughter's birthday meal, and the staff went above and beyond, especially considering I have autistic children. They accommodated their requests without hesitation. All the staff was friendly, especially the lady at the till. The food was delicious, and it's definitely now my go-to cafe.

Must be the worst place I’ve ever stepped foot in, I’m surprised with the hygiene they can still serve “food” as they would call it. The burgers come out black and taste like rubber, the pie was soggy and the chips come with lovely black burnt bits: . Let’s not forget how rude and disrespectful the manager was!! STAY AWAY

Spouse and myself popped in to the seachef in great yarmouth for the traditional fish and chips, we both had cod and chips, portions were large, the staff very polite and helpful. All very safety and covid aware. Seen continuous cleaning in progress, I believe it is a family concern. We should support more of these great outlets. Will highly recommend

My family and I went to this restaurant today for some fries and were disappointed to find a hair in one of our dishes. It was a different color than our hair, so we know it wasn't ours. The restaurant is dirty and the chairs are uncomfortable like bus seats. There are limited drink options and the place needs a renovation. However, the staff were friendly and gave us a refund for the food.

Popped in for some dinner today whilst wandering around the sea front. When I arrived I was greeted and the lady explained I should find a table, decide what I’d like from the menu and then order. I did this and the server was very friendly again. A lot of young staff and all were courteous and smart. The food, haddock, chips and mushy peas, was lovely, as was the cup of tea. Nice swift table service and all much better than I’d anticipated. I’d eat here again without hesitation.

"An exceptionally unique dining experience! Our holiday companion booked Pamela’s for dinner and we were unsure of what to expect, however we were assured of good quality food and a great experience and we certainly were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were shown to a table in the lounge, provided with the menus and ordered drinks. Service is exceptionally professional and friendly from arrival to departure. The decor is most unique and very fun to take in. The upstairs dining room is more casual and I loved watching the chefs in the open kitchen. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Our vegetarian diner was slightly limited for choice and there was a blip with the main course, however it was handled and recovered very well (we were unaware when booking, however we have now been advised to phone ahead a minimum of 24-hours and special meal arrangements can be made in advance for vegetarian meals). The fish cakes and miso Salmon were very delicious and cooked to perfection. The duck legs had crispy skin, moist meat and a tasty accompanying Orzo pasta. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Pamela’s for a delicious meal with 5* service. Vegetarian options: Recommended to advise the restaurant a minimum of 24-hours in advance. There were 2 starters and 1 main course (featuring pasta on all dishes) on the a la carte menu, however if you call in advance then arrangements can be made."
