"Mi sono recata a questo ristorante con molta illusione, passandoci davanti aveva una vetrata spettacolare da dove si vedevano i tavoli e così abbiamo deciso di andarci, posto molto suggestivo dove lo chef cucina a vista del cliente, subito si avvicinò il cameriere per offrirci il vino, volevamo un vino nostrano ma purtroppo non c'è l'avevano, il sommelier molto dispiaciuto a fatto di tutto per accontentarci ma i vini proposti non si avvicinavano a quello che desideravamo, abbiamo ordinato due piatti di genovese uno di anatra all'arancia e l'altro la genovese tradizionale, in primis i piatti serviti di un aspetto orribile, la pasta fredda e cruda, un odore terribile, in poche parole improponibile, i camerieri molto dispiaciuti hanno tentato in tutti i modi di accontentarci ma purtroppo la serata era andata praticamente rovinata, forse sarà stata la serata sbagliata ma non lo consiglio a nessuno per quello che costa un piatto di pasta mi sarei aspettata un piatto da 5 stelle e non quello servito, un orrore!"

Unique experience. You sit at the pasta bar and watch the chefs make what is a wonderful meal. We had high expectations and they were met. Vegetarian friendly! The chef made a vegetarian tasting menu for us. Ver carta

We had lunch here on the terrace, which was shadowed well (very useful in the hot July sun and heat). Excellent variety of tasteful (pasta) dishes! Maybe a little on the heavy side, but we got very good advice from the kind and helpful staff not to order too much.

Una grande aspettativa. Essendo con bambini abbiamo preferito pranzare fuori.Aspettativa delusa. La pasta era cotta e buttata nel sugo insapore. Nessuna mantecatura. Addirittura l'acqua di cottura che si formava nel piatto. Nemmeno la pasta al sugo era buona. Insipida... sembrava pomodoro senza condimento...Qualità prezzo prestazione sotto ogni aspettativa. Credo che sia stata la peggior parsta mangiata in un ristorante a Napoli.Peccato...

Very bad experience- we were not allowed to sit and eat, they sent us away! We went there at 19.30 and there were just 2 tables that were taken. After going around all day in pompeii we just wanted to eat something quick and go to our hotel ... but no! After sitting on one of the at least 8 free tables and waiting around 5 minutes we were told we had to go because theyre all booked out and its not possible to eat there without a reservation... okay, we went to the hotel, showered and went by 30-30 mins after. Still not full. After dinner also went around the place (its just next to our hotel) ... almost empty! Such a pitty that we didnt have the chance to try to food... but maybe it was for... Ver carta

Amazing pasta tasting menu if you're visiting Napoli and want to know how the master cooks make real pasta, this is the place. It's also the perfect restaurant to educate Americans that most of our Italian restaurants at home serve subpar pasta. The place is unorthodox and reminiscent of eating at a hibachi or omakase restaurant. There are multiple tasting menus to choose from at different price points. We had the 60£ 5 course menu. Thank you other google reviewer’s for helping me find this location. I had one last day in the city and really just wanted to have some great pasta. I’ve been shopping nearby and did a search for restaurants and found this delightful location. It’s on water and I got lucky because you probably really need to have a reservation. There are only like 20 people that can be seated at any given time, and the chefs prepare right in front of you everything that you order. There are plenty of servers to give personal service to each seating group and you sit together around the kitchen primarily. "Very nice ambience. The restaurant is located in an old construction near Baia's port. You eat in the middle of an old courtyard, feeling like you are back in the 1950s. Very good tableware. A bit less comfortable is the entrance, as the place is right on the street, very busy and dangerous on saturday night. Service is good too, just a bit harrassing with waiters explaining every dish with long descriptions one forgets the second lates they finish. That is part of an atmosphere the owner wants to be classy and elegant. The problem is that food is not at the same level. I mean, it is good and fresh, especially raw fish, but preparations are too standard to justify an averagely high price. In a table of 7, we had cold and hot starters including raw seafood and one main dish (paranza fried fish for some and catch of the day for the others), plus 5 desserts and white wine. I believe 310€ are a bit too much for what we had, not really in terms of quantity, but for the quality of the preparations. One example is the cold starter: a dish composed by 5 different starters to be eaten from left to right, from lighter to stronger taste. You start with one single raw sea truffle, go on with a tuna tartare, one single raw baby red shrimp with burrata, raw calamari slices and finally smoked salmon. Good quality and right taste, but nothing new, no special work from the chef, that's food you can find in every good-standard restaurant in the area of Naples. Same with the fish we had: too simple. In my view, simplicity is a positive value in food, but not for a place that wants to construct its own style on a classy and elaborate (and expensive) cuisine concept. Different situation concerning the desserts which I personally didn't try but left my friends with very good sensations. In conclusion, it's worth a try, can be good for a romantic tête-à-tête or a dinner with friends, but don't expect a special experience."
