"I am half local (plymouth) and visit seaton regularly visit the caffe. I love it there and have introduced several friends into the opposite over the years. I also know how busy it is. on my last visit with a friend, on Easter Saturday, we decided to eat at lunchtime. it was busy, but not terrible. I joined the waiting queue in caffe to order our eating drinks, was hit that there was no one behind theke. the chefs worked hard, but no one behind the time. then appeared three people, a few commands were taken, some drinks made and then all disappeared again. when I finally made it to the time until the girl just left and left me there, came back a few minutes later, ignored me, went away again and then came back. When she finally served me, she didn't offer me any explanation or excuse to ignore me. I said, I thought you would ignore me for ever to which she replied. Well, that may be so, but could not (or the older lady who was there) tell the line of customers that? my spirit was not good and it spoiled my experience. communication costs nothing!"

Great full English, I went back again another day I enjoyed it so much. The vegetarians said it was ok but not their favourite but they were happy that oat milk was on offer. Lovely friendly staff and lovely beach front spot

I thought that this would be another medium-fat spoon. one of the best burgers I had, and I traveled everywhere. service was good, building looks like it needs a bit of a facelift, location is great. will be back. with friends. Ver carta

We went to Seaton beach cafe for a very quick cup of tea and lunch. Food was fantastic. I had halloumi avocado salad. Massive meal served very quickly. It was delicious . Felt very safe here even though we ate indoors. Would recommend this place....All the staff had face masks and we had to wear one moving around

After having a slight problem with a slice of bread, i brought this to their attention. Never have i seen such an apologetic response. Both sandwiches were replaced, a fresh coffee each and a full refund. We were so impressed with their attention and remorse...that we insisted the money went as a tip. Cannot fault them. Would absolutely return no hesitation.

Booked high tea for three and took a friend along. Despite the rain, wind and (impressive) waves, we sat in the outside covered area and had an amazing high tea served to us. Salmon and cream cheese sarnies, ham sarnies, mini cheese pasties, an amazing...beetroot falafel and grilled peppers thingy fruit scones and a huge variety of cakes. Great, friendly service, as usual. Definitely our go-to venue whenever we're down in our caravan! Ver carta

we visited this beach café on a Saturday in the april. eating was good for a beach café. it is nicely furnished and there are every amount of choice and it is not the road on the beach. what makes me write a review is the help that a worker (becky) gave to my man. he had badly hurt his hand and when I asked about eis, she offered to help as she is the first helper. she got someone who covered her, looked good at the hand, dressed and advised a trip to a and e (note that he took a bit later! but this is another story). so a great thank you to them. customer service and very nice to be.

We went this morning for breakfast and wish I had taken a photo of our plates as not one element of our breakfast was edible. I have never seen charred black bacon before, ever, the sausage was hard and full of rusk, the fried egg...was solid...no yolk, and the beans and tomatoes were both cold. My daughter ordered a cheese, ham and tomato panini which came out as a roll...the cheese was not melted at all and the tomato was on the side of the plate in big chunks. There were visible cobwebs and overall the place was dirty and very shabby. The toilets were a stroll round the building...needless to say we didn't go.
