Superb restaurant and wine list. Great friendly staff and in a wonderful seaside location for a walk before or after lunch. Dogs were welcome. Highly recommended

Comfortable room once we’d put the heating on!! Dinner was pleasant despite the lack of selection of vegetables. Breakfast was tasty. Staff were lovely and welcoming.

Beautiful elegant We stayed the night and had a three course meal for Valentine’s Day. The staff are fabulous so helpful, very professional and was never waiting to long. Food was outstanding the room was stunning! So modern, clean and fresh! Highly recommend and would love to stay again

We have dined at this restaurant twice this month and both meals were delightful. The new chef has really elevated the dining experience and Carlo, as always, provided exceptional service. While it may be a bit expensive to dine here every week, it is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend it.

An old haunt of mine, tastefully refurbished, plush decor, indeed a touch of class ! The downside is that prices are fairly high, a Sunday roast of 3 slices of ham and trimmings at £23 and a bottle of NZ Sauvignon at £38 is a lot even for a Gastro pub! The lunches were delicious though with generous portions of vegetables. The service was exemplary. Ver carta

Nice decor, staff friendly but oh, what a disappointing meal. We ordered roast beef, and when the plate arrived I had to look hard for the meat. At first I thought it was streaky bacon, but no, very fatty, very thin and very small slices of roast. To compensate the vegetables were good so I suppose I had a vegetarian meal. Don't suppose I'll ever go back or recommend this place.

First time visiting this newly refurbished hotel/restaurant. Popped in for coffee and cake, this time, but will now book to try out their lunchtime menu: as a very pleasant and warm (sat by the fire on a cold morning) visit. The decor is top notch, and the colour scheme calming and tasteful. Large groups enjoying coffee and seemed popular but not over crowded. Look forward to my next visit.

I had an amazing lunch at Seaview today. The new chef, Kwasi, has made some changes and the food was delicious. He took a moment to come out of the kitchen and introduce himself, explaining some of the dishes. He is a lovely man. The lunch was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the venue was great. Overall, I would rate it 5 out of 5 and I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Seaview. Ver carta
