Seven Days - Menú

this is a must to go space when we are in cambridge for Chinese food. the lunchtime was much more calm than before.

Service was mediocre at best. Food was very salty and oily. Used to come here often, but they recently raised prices, whilst the quality of the food and portion size dropped. Unfortunately, won't be coming back here again.

average. decor is quite nice but only a few holes here and there. Buffet is very small. the menu is big and eating is authentic, but I have tasted better. the chef uses much too much oil and salt. in the upper floor there is hotpot. eating is average and it ranges from 3 to 4 stars in quality.

A friend and I went out to have their hotpot for lunch. Initially everything went well. Asked for a top up of a few sides, server was reluctant to help and said the kitchen was closing. After about half an hour while we were still...eating the manager asked us to leave because they were closing for lunch service and the staff all had to go on break. We were not offered any apology and it didnt matter we had not finished eating. This was an empty restaurant aside from us. Not sure what the staff needed a break from apparently the lack of work.

Seven Days became my home delivery option of choice during lockdown in Cambridge. Delivery was always prompt, and the Sichuan items are the best Sichuan food I have found in Cambridge. The true kick of Sichuan pepper in their ma po tofu as well as...their excellent dry-pot cauliflower dish made lockdown just a little easier to bear. Other excellent dishes include special crispy pork in sweet vinegar sauce (for a superior sweet-and-sour taste) and poached sliced beef with pickled sour Chinese cabbage (for two; think Chinese sauerkraut). The only caveat I could add is that the prices (for delivery) seem slightly on the high side.

this restaurant had many Chinese dishes not found in the rule on “German Chinese restaurants”. eating was very delicious with authentic aromas. good value for money and very beautiful wine. the courts came intermittently what his only fault was. we ordered three dishes plus rice....The sweet dish came first, but nothing else after a few minutes we decided to eat before it went cold. then the rice arrived after a few minutes the remaining dishes. it would have been nice if it all arrived at the same time, but everyone seemed to be the same, so maybe it is the way it is done there. Anyway, eating was on the way it came, and I would return.

Our first night in Cambridge and as foodies we struggled to find anywhere decent to eat after a walk down Hills road into the centre. We decided this place looked the best for asian food. Was very clean, well set out tables, lots of space,...many other diners and the service was very good. The menu was probably the best varied menu i had ever seen before with so much different choices of dishes. Most asian chines restaurants tend to offer many noodle dishes that all seem to taste the same, but not Seven days. We ordered multiple dishes just to try the varied choice, the deep fried soft shell crab being one we'd not tasted before and was excellent. The whole meal experience was wonderful, all...

good, apart from the food and service. past pastness, looking for somewhere to eat and became of the great number of Asian customers who saw as if they were happy. it looked bright and clean. as soon as we were... lonely, most others ended their meal and went. despite the reduced pressure on the personal, it still took an old to come for someone and take our order. the vegetarian rolls would have been unrecognitiv during a blind tasting, while the reserve ribs tasted as if the meat had been boiled a few days ago and left dry before being introduced quickly into a sweet and acidic sauce. the mains were a little better, but my bark in the oyster sauce didn't taste better than something I could...

I was really blessed to visit her again in this trip because this was one of my favorite places when I was in cambridge uni. Not only large fresh seafood and Szechuan/Sichuan cuisine, they also offer £22 ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT hotpot with a lot of meat and vegetables! they can cook up to 2 soup bases from hot spicy let me share some of my favorites that I recommend to them, not miss: bark meat: awesome quality, not chewing, but tender juicy -fish fillet: omg super good delicious, ideal for any suppen recording -fish tofu: already one of my favorite foods, and it is great here - kelp: crispy fresh, love this!
