Locale carino per una pausa in centro a Firenze, tante proposte anche vegane con prezzi nella norma.Molto frequentato dai giovani

Ottimo il caffè (Illy ovviamente), buoni i panini ed i dolci : il posto perfetto dove fare colazione oppure una pausa. Poco spazio all'interno.

Good if you need a quick coffee. I’ve noticed if a specific barista is working then my coffees are only good when he makes them. Also every time I order food the staff makes it seem like an inconvenience. No one really seems to know what they’re doing.

A totally different place from other stores! 완전 인종차별ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 밖에 테이블 하나 비어있길래 “영어로” 거기 앉아도 되냐고 직원에게 물으니 자기는 영어 못하고 너네는 거기 못 앉는다고ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 얼마나 친절한건지 자기가 영어 못해서 우리 주문을 못받을까봐 아예 앉지말라는 건지 so kindness staff 같은 영어 같은 문장으로 옆 카페에서 주문도 너무 잘하고 잘쉬었거든요! 그냥 여기 말고 옆가게 가세요! What a fantastic experience I've never had!

It’s Cafe with very limited seating I ordered for A make your own chicken salad bowl Chia seed pudding and Cafe latte The chicken bowl was nice they serve the chicken leg piece they don’t have breast options I believe the Cafe late was not that great but they have almond milk option so I opted for that the raspberry chocolate chia seed pudding was nice

Sono una cliente abituale dello Shake, l’anno scorso frequentavo molto il locale che si trova in via Cavour e solo da qualche mese ho iniziato a frequentare quello in piazza Santa Maria Novella, in quest’ultimo il personale è molto più carino, disponibile, alla mano e i ragazzi sono più cooperativi tra loro! Non c’è paragone tra questo e quello in via Cavour

Shake Café is a great spot to grab a quick lunch for the go! I made my own customized salad and it was very delicious. The ingredients are very fresh and my salad hit the spot. Shake Café was very busy when I went around 1pm so I won't lie the service was a little slow but the food was worth the wait. Their shops are always clean and if you find a place to seat inside the place itself is very pretty. You can also take your food to go which is what I did and the staff gave me a plate, napkins, utensils, and a bag to take my salad in which I thought was convenient. If you are trying to have a sit and order here with English, you should avoid this place I was completely ‘discriminated’ (15th, Aug., around 12pm) I’m Korean and was looking for a quick breakfast meal. I asked a staff if I could sit on a table outside which was clearly empty, but she said she couldn’t speak nor understand English. What’s interesting here is that she answered all of my questions with FLUENT ‘ENGLISH’ though she said she doesn’t speak any. It’s such a shame I don’t remeber her name but she had dreadlocks. you should check your email.
