We discovered another Chinese cuisine, fried tripes, majestic soups. everything was delicious, abundant and refined. we will return

The staff does its best and are very helpfull. But when the food is boring and totaly lack of taste, its not a place i will come back to. Sorry.

this restaurant offers a different cuisine from what can be tasted in traditional Chinese restaurants. The dishes are very fragrant and original. the staff is welcoming, smiling and very friendly. very packed with this culinary experience!

The Shanxi noodle team did a very good job on Shanxi style noodles, the taste is as good as back home, which make me a Chinese who lived in Northwest of China for years very satisfied. Thank you Shanxi team for giving us such a good meal on new year eve! *Thumb up*

the dishes are delicious, we have to eat ravioli with oxen. miam miam then tested in dish we have eat two noodle dish. a dish of noodles peeled to pork and the other was noodles peeled to beef. the noodles were prepared home including ravioli. is frankly for 9€80 the noodle dish, it is a rich and delicious and cheap dish. Besides, they are nice and welcoming.

Chinese atypical restaurant . which makes us discover a different Chinese cuisine, the region of shanxi...The reception and service of a great kindness...the dishes arrive quickly...we chose to drop a large number of dish... a real success...porc steam, crispy chicken,tofu in sauce,aubergine . small flat even on the excess of garlic...the digestion can be a little complicated evening.

The food is good. noodle specialties are worth the trip. flat ceratins have however increased. We were extremely disappointed to have us repressed as bad as we were accustomed the only time we had forgotten our bank cards and wanted to pay by cheque exceptionally! So we were able to discover the korean gin go gae restaurant in front that is very well and at which we were able to pay by cheque.

The dishes are delicious and this has nothing to do with the traditional Chinese restaurants, it is not made a massive use of glutamate that we have difficulty digesting!here all is done home, the noodles peeled (the cook cuts as it does the dishes, the noodles of a block of its paste above boiling water). Steam cooked pork, octopus, beef, etc. everything is excellent and no dish looks as well visually as gustatively. Don't hesitate!

In france, the Chinese cuisine is so to speak "always the same". the same recipes, carried out in the same way, if not in the same place. It's not that it's not good. but we can only imagine that Chinese civilization by its history, its ethnic variety, its simple size, offers only one type of kitchen. I have found variety in Chinese cuisine in other European countries, especially london. Not to bet. this restaurant offers a cuisine from the north of China, really different from that we know. I would have described it as "Asian greed." Then, I wouldn't go until I said, "I've been regaled", because the strangeness demands habit.
