a really nice experience and customer service is exceptional, very pleased the staff and they were super helpful. eating is a bit expensive in terms of money for worth, but the experience and tastes delicious. I would recommend the sherlock pipe.

I feel it’s only right that I leave a wonderful review about this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and so was the wine. Costa our lovely waiter was fantastic! All 3 courses were fantastic but the hazelnut croquette was a dessert I’ll never forget. Thank you for a lovely evening x

Such a comfortable place to have wine/dinner after work, go with friends or even a date, and relax. Interiors feel very generous and calming, as if you were in your own living room, but with a nicely darkened/more private ambience. I’d only suggest way-finding strategy/signs is improved to better indicate where the toilets are located. I think most staff speak Italian as well which is great

I used to go there for lunch frequently because my university is located quite close to the hotel. The ambiance is amazing, with stylish and stunning decor. The restaurant and bar are located further inside the hotel. The service is exceptional and I paid less than £20 for my meal and drinks. I highly recommend their chicken Caesar salad, which I believe is the best in the city. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

I visited the Sherlock Holmes Hotel and decided to try out the grill on a cold, rainy December night. I was pleasantly surprised by the rib-eye steak priced at £22 and the side of wild spinach. The steak was grilled perfectly to a medium temperature. The ambience didn't have much to do with the famous detective, besides a few paintings on the wall and the location on Baker Street. The menu was limited but the food was served hot and with a smile.

We have always enjoyed lunching at this restaurant; the food is good, and they take good care of you. This was particularly so when we arranged for a family meal to celebrate a birthday, ten of us in total, with some travelling quite a distance. The proximity to Marylebone and Baker Street is very useful! But with the storms, and the disruption to travel services, our guests were late. The staff made us very welcome, and made everything easy and pleasant. We really enjoyed ourselves and thank everyone who made it such a lovely occasion.
