Rubbish customer service delivered my order wrong twice in 2 and half hours even one star they not worth it so please don’t waste your time.

This is the best place to have fun with a variety of snacks and delicious desserts. The staff are very polite, even though they have to work hard day and night. Ver carta

I visited the restaurant to order food and found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. They provided clear instructions on how to customize my menu to my liking.

We waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food order to be delivered. Ordered pizza with pepperoni and bbq pizza. Peperoni pizza had no pepperoni on it and the 2 dips we ordered were not there. Wont be using again. Disappointed

There are plenty of pizza options in Crawley and this would have to be one to avoid. Upon phoning we were told they didn't do half and half pizzas whilst pretty much everywhere else does. But much worse than that was the pizzas themselves bland and overly doughy, they tasted of chewy nothingness. How can a ham and pineapple pizza barely even taste of pineapple? I don't know, but whoever runs slicebox probably does... Ver carta

I ordered a kids meal for my son, as on just eat ieat it specified that it comes with a drink and complimentary chips. But the food got here and no chips arrived. I got a phone call with abuse down the phone that I was lying and I was to come down there and prove to the. I am disgusted with their behaviour. And being a food standard representative. This is not being taken lightly. Picture below to prove that the kids meals come with what I have said.

Hello there, here is my short opinion after the first and last meal at Slicebox. We were like let 's eat here it seems quite good . We ordered different dishes and we were satisfied with the prices. After we tasted the foods our mind change a lot, because of the foods quality. The chips was dry and a bit oily, the pizza I ate was a bit disappointment. The burgers and the tortilla were the same, there was only one difference. The meats quality was almost awful, it tasted some kind of cheap, high soya content meat. Overall I would say if you can afford a bit more money for your meal at a bit more expensive place, you should go for it.

I have always frequented this restaurant with only a few minor issues. However, last night we placed an order and I specifically ordered a doner burger meal that was supposed to come with a choice of chips, curly fries, or wedges, and a drink. I chose curly fries. When the food arrived, there were no curly fries. I tried calling multiple times but was met with a constant answering machine. When I finally spoke to someone, they were rude and insinuated that I was lying, despite the fact that I had paid 5.99, which included the curly fries (I will attach a screenshot as proof). After about 10 minutes of arguing, the person said they would send out the fries, but they never arrived. I couldn't... Ver carta
