"Once seated, we waited an hour to be served, while several tables that arrived after us were attended to and had their meals served in just 20 minutes. When we inquired about our order, we were merely asked what we had ordered. After mentioning our dish, we were brought the wrong items about 10 minutes later. When I pointed out the mistake, they asked if I had a receipt, which I didn’t, since they hadn’t provided one. I was then directed to the bar to explain the situation to the person I ordered from, along with proof of my order. I had to reiterate the issue to multiple employees, including the cook and finally, the manager. Unfortunately, no one offered a viable solution. I was told by the kitchen that they never received our order. I requested the correct meal, but they said they had nothing else to offer, except drinks. Given that we had already waited over an hour and were extremely hungry, it was frustrating to hear that they couldn’t assist us further. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant, and it felt like we were not taken seriously as customers."

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious, and I highly recommend the chicken cake. The service is excellent, as are the prices. If you're visiting O2, you definitely need to check this place out!

Went just before a concert. And was extremely busy. Bar staff were great! Lady that kept serving me was doing 3 to 4 people at once! Was a great atmosphere. Never had any problems in the past when coming here either...

The location of this Slug and Lettuce is what can drag down the quality of atmosphere and service. Understandably the O2 is a major event/concert venue so on an event night all the restaurants and bars are at max capacity which puts a strain on service time and staff. The food is still decent and reasonably price. Ver carta

I visited the restaurant yesterday without a reservation before attending a concert at the O2 and was promptly seated. The service was exceptional and very efficient. We only ordered dessert after being asked if we received our food, and the staff went to the kitchen to check on it. The gentleman who served us was lovely, and the entire team was friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal!

Unfortunately, what was meant to be a pleasant start to our evening quickly turned into a stressful experience. We had a reservation for 6 PM since we had tickets to see Michael Ball and Alfie Boe at 8 PM, but we only received our table at 6:15 PM.
