Great food, great customer service. Have become regulars, cheesecake is amazing and worth the money. Would recommend a try.

I loved the new buns on the chicken burgers, especially the long sub style ones. I hope they become a permanent option on the menu or at least available to choose from. The quality was amazing as always, the food was delicious.

my friend and I had many burgers from here and the on burgess hill and were never disappointed. all fresh ingredients, sides are also excellent. more expensive than mcdonalds or bk, but the quality and taste is so much better. highly recommended.

Ordered some food for me and my son the food was very nice, but I paid quite a bit more on my meal to upgrade my drink to a beer and then never received a drink at all. No answer to an email I sent regarding this. Shame, as I would have been a returning customer otherwise.

I am once again reminded why this is my favorite burger spot in Brighton! The service is efficient, the food is delicious and hot. I decided to try the new buffalo chicken bites and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size and spiciness. I left the restaurant feeling very satisfied and happy. I love it!

We love Smoques burgers but the customer service is just plain awful. There’s not a time on the app to suggest how long delivery will be and we’ve waited upto nearly 2 hours. There’s no apology. The burgers always arrive cold. If this happens again we will never order from this company again and we’ve been ordering from here since 2016

Forgot to leave a review for this , I have been going here since the end of 2022 when I gave up 4 years of being a veggy and couldn't shake the craving for a burger lol they are mostly all the time spot on , they changed their chicken fillet burgers from the last last I ordered one and for the better ! love the new buns and the fillet burgers tasted better from the last time I got one

"The food was good, but the service was appalling. I placed an order through the app and it ended up being duplicated. I was told I would receive a refund within 5 days, but I have yet to receive anything. I have tried contacting the company twice with no response. Now, I have to take it up with my credit card company to get my money back. It's disappointing because the concept and food are good, but the execution and service are terrible."

Was really looking forward to this but when I had some chicken strips they tasted funny because of the oil , I thought it was me being fussy but my friend said the same without me mentioning anything and because she had the chicken fillet burger she didn’t like that either , I called the restaurant to which there reply was that it was cooked in oil so what did I expect when saying what was the oil used .. chips where very dry and no salt for taste either .. sorry but not a great experience
