"in the hotel carp I have eaten several times, but only 1x. now the second time was considered a business dinner. the “map” is located on the “dry” – in the middle of the old town of eberbach – in a pedestrian zone – for hotel and restaurant guests, but it is possible to drive. and if they have much luck, they will get one of the rare parking places later, the more difficult. the ambiente is, as already in the caffeine history, old fashion business is already older but well maintained – because the clientele is friendly and very hospitable. the reservation of the table worked well for 19:00 – and when it turned out that a participant had to stop at short notice and another would come later “still on a beer” offered another table in a somewhat more cozy corner. as a host I was a bit more space and was led to the table. the “Ober”kellner immediately brought four menus as well as the drink card and asked if I would like to order something to drink what I denied. after arrival of the guests, the first drink request was a bottle still water ordered teinacher, 0.75 to 5.00 . after ordering the diners a bottle of 2011 brandgräfler bio red wine 19,80 ordered a light red wein, tendence direction trollinger, with tartaric acid, a discreet bukett after swallowing. the not weintrinker stopped at the “leckere” rothaus pils from the black forest 0.4 3.00 . I only appreciate the food consumed by me, which my guests looked good and tasted well after their manifestations. first floor I had ordered a fairy-blue buffer with pickled salmon 10.80, the waiting time for the food was reasonable with 15 minutes. the salat beige frisée, feldsalat, lollo biondo was fresh and not watery, the dressur consisted of vinegar, oil, senf and honey – very tasty. the plate was arranged on the plate, one of the two bart buffers, but on the thin edge too much baked. the buffer was more a rösti, lovable, with a bit more bit, the discreet bartnote brought a fresh kick. the salmon was strong in taste, for my handles a trace too salty, but the texture was delicate. a solid, well-tasting appetizer with small weakening. the main course after a good 20 minutes followed the appetizers: spicy on spinat latency, with forest mushrooms 18.80 . the combination of hand-cut lasur with the undersized fresh spinat leaves was delicious and delicious. the rehnüsschen were medium rare fried, as I love, in a taste with a beautiful wild note as well as delicate redstaroms from the roasted, delicate in the bite. the sosse was a well decorated frittier dress, very easy tied down – and perfectly adapted to the late zle. the berries as an additional taste impulse nice for me, but not necessary and put sweet. Unfortunately there was so much light also shadowing: the mixed mushrooms were definitiw doses or glassware. that I left behind. pity – with fresh mushrooms I had given the main dish 4.5* I always wonder what the cook would rather redirect 1 euro more and freshly. because the woe was pretty snarch drunk to eat, we ordered a glass brandy. 0.2 4.80. this is clearly different in taste and color from the bottle. Why a 2013er is presented is a puzzle for me. From the taste here more intense, until the kirschnotiz there were still berries that fabre comes rather close to a merlot. but still he was good to enjoy. I chose a disc nut tree for 6,00 as a digestibility. velvety soft, with golden yellow color, the nuss note fine and not too intense. a beautiful finish. Conclusion: small weakening when eating and service, submitting dishes, purifying the teller – here is still air up. if they do, the “carp” would be a top address in eberbach. Moreover, this plv is already good to very good. so unfortunately only the upper end of the good cut – nevertheless. I go to dinner again – just pay better attention to the items on the map and ask."

"Was für ein tolles Restaurant, in einer wundervollen Landschaft . Das Restaurant top modern ,ohne aufdringlich Modern zu wirken ,ein Highlight für uns der Außenbereich, hier war jemand am Werk der/die viel Liebe reingesteckt hat unsre Damen meinten sofort das ist die Hanschrift einer Frau . Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, haben einen tollen Tisch bekommen und wurden sogar gefragt ob uns dieser Platz gefällt . Die Getränke waren extrem schnell bei uns ,was gut war ,weil wir alle unheimlich Durscht hatten . Die Cordon bleu waren super gebraten ,waren nicht zu lange in der Pfanne ,gute Füllung man merkt das hier auf Qualität viel wert gelegt wird . Das Hirschragout war sehr zart ,leider hätte die Sauce noch etwas Liebe /Pfiff gebraucht da spricht der Küchenchef in mir , die Spätzle die ich dazu wollte ,waren extrem lecker . Die Salate sahen toll aus ,auch ihr Katzenbuckel Salat und das Dressing schmeckte klasse . 2.20€ für extra Sauce finden ich in Ordnung ,eine gute frisch gemachte Sauce brauch Zeit ,die richtig anzusetzen,immer wieder zu glacieren ,einkochen,da steckt viel Handwerk dahinter . Bei Beilagenänderung Geld zu verlangen ist ein kleiner Beigeschmack ,wir habe es nie gemacht,für uns gehört das zum Service . Jeder Gastronom sieht das anders und somit auch gut so. Der Espresso war super ,auch hier werden sehr gute Bohnen verwendet . Was man unbedingt extrem erwähnen muss sind die engagierte ,liebenswerte und extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter ,man merkt einfach das sie ihre Arbeit gern machen . Auch super lieb ist man hier zu den Kindern ,dafür ein dickes Leider kann man nicht mehr wie 5 Sterne abgeben ,wir kommen wieder ."
